I have never done a review before, but had to warn people. All these "positive" reviews on here are fake. This site does not ship anything on time. I made an order on September 4 and have received NOTHING! I have no tracking number and when I email their customer service, they say the post office forgot to send it. I've emailed them multiple times and still, somehow the package has been sitting at a post office for a month. Not even in China would that happen! Such a horrible site! Negative stars!

I really wish I could give zero stars. I've had the same issues as everyone else. Ordered three pairs of shoes over two weeks ago and the tracking number they gave me says it's an incorrect tracking number every time I look it up. Their customer service simply says the post office is really busy and the tracking will be updated soon... like wtf it's been weeks. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal, I've already filed a dispute since I see they aren't trying to refund me money. Save yourself the headache and irritation.

I ordered a $30 sweater. It took 4 weeks to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong color, size, and smelled like a DIRTY FISH TANK. I mean it was disgusting, I gagged when the scent hit my nose. I washed it FIVE TIMES and it still smells so terribly that I needed to put it in a bag and leave it in my sunroom. When I emailed them about the issue, they told me to send it back, when I told them that they should absolutely pay the return shipping, they told me that they paid a lot of money to ship me the product and its MY decision to return it. I am disgusted by the way this company operates and its complete lack of quality control and customer service. Save your money and shop from a reputable company, not a cheap product from china that clearly cost about $2 to make and is stored in a warehouse with absolutely no access to fresh air, clearly permanently tainting all of their products.

I ordered two sweaters. It took over a month to receive them when I did both sweaters were not what I ordered. My coffee brown sweater was army green. And my rust sweater was a white beige. Then customer service is a joke. Dear customer, We're so sorry that you're not satisfied with the items.
But the swaters you choosed both are nearly coffe.
Maybe there is difference in screen.

So they are colour blind? Brown and green are apparently the same colour not to mention they can't spell. And when is rust a white? I'm so unhappy and the question quality is awful I can knit better. Worst mistake ever. I only hope I can get my money back from these ugly cheap things.

I ordered a pair of sandals, I received them 3 weeks later. NOT WHAT THEY APPEARED TO BE. CHEAP, VERY CHEAP materials. It feels like velcro was used to make the straps. Do not waste your money, I asked for a refund as soon as I received them, They asked for me to donate them or give them to a friend. I asked for a refund and they informed me to order something else and get a discount on another item. No thank you! I just want a full refund. I will never order from this cheap place again. DO NOT ORDER from Chellysun!

I too was scammed by them! Same excuses as all the other reviewers. They wasted no time taking my money the same day I ordered though! Apparently they have holidays where their workers are off for Chinese holidays all the time and the items were shipped but the tracking number does not exist! They offer to send another order to you then when you ask for that tracking number they then respond with "please be patient as your order will be there soon." Everyone gets the same run around from them, same emails (word for word) and they are not willing to refund you because the items have already been shipped! This place is a joke. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

I received my "chunky pink sweater" from this company today and am FURIOUS! The sweater I ordered was suppose to be a rose color, it is orange! I ordered a Large, even though I wear an XS. I wanted it to be oversized. It won't fit my 11 year old daughter, who wears a girls 10/12! The sleeves come to just below my elbow. The length was suppose to be below thigh, it comes to right below my waist. The sweater is AWFUL quality! I wasted my money and cannot even get the company to respond back to me. Please don't make the same mistake I did and give this company your money. I'm throwing this sweater away, I wouldn't even disgrace Goodwill by donating it. I've posted pictures of what the item was suppose to look like (model photo) and what I actually received. It's just horrible how this company misrepresents their clothing!

I wish I had checked them out before placing an order. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. I paid $40 for 2-6 day delivery. That was a JOKE! When I realized they were coming from China, I tried over and over again to cancel the orders and get my money back. I was told they had already shipped but that was a lie. I did finally receive one pair of shoes, but they are obviously knock-offs. They are so cheap, loud, and squeaky that I can not wear them. Within a day after I placed the original order, I notified my credit card company that Chellyson is a scam. They are going to report them and return my money. They will file a complaint against Chellysun. I will just have to dispose of the shoes.

ALONG WITH OTHERS I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. First, the clothes looked beautiful. I ordered about 100$ worth. Should've done my research. I have been in contact with their customer service for weeks and they have said they cannot give me a refund due to the shipment already being sent out. And then they blamed it on some Chinese holiday that probably doesn't exist. And then they said it was a "busy time for the company and post office but they'll push my order to be taken care of right away". SCAM. It's been over a month and I have received nothing and haven't gotten any help from their customer service.

I wish I had checked out the reviews first - as with every other LEGITIMATE review says, I placed an order over a month ago, received shipping confirmation over 2 weeks later, but the confirmation number never "moved". Stated "label created but not in system". Finally got through to customer service via email who said they would send another shipment "soon"... I am still waiting for this another 2 weeks for this new shipment. I will be contacting my credit card company to notify them about this fraudulent transaction. So disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

This company is a total scam. I purchased 2 sweaters at the beginning of September. I never received shipping confirmation or any correspondence at all. I tried e mailing their customer service, no answer, I tried calling their bogus customer service number, tried messaging them on Instagram, again, nothing. Then I started seeing other people comment on their Instagram posts about how the same has happened to them. Those comments get deleted, I've taken screenshots as proof. I've reported them to PayPal, Facebook, and Instagram numerous times. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Give another small, REPUTABLE business your money.
