Just saying if people were smart you would look into where it ships from. That's where I learned my lesson on buying something from China. They take nice photos and post about what a great price and while we are excited it's being cheap made in a sweatshop or broke down electronic shop. All is crap. Weather you get your product or not. It's not what you expect. You fight to get money back. I'm still waiting after 3 years no money back. I wasted 300.00 on electronics not knowing where they really come from. Hong Kong, China is the worst. Good day stay away from scammers!

If I could give them -0 stars I would! This company if you could even call it that is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. It's been a month and I still haven't received my order and even though I've contacted them through email multiple times I get the go around each time with them saying it's the busy season... Um no it is September and October. Please if you value your hard earned money do not order anything from this $#*!ty company. You will be scammed

This website is horrible. After a month of ordering a sweater, it still has yet to come. Along with never receiving it, they have me a fake tracking number. I have requested my money back since I never received anything and after THREE WEEKS of messaging there customer service, they have yet to do anything. In every message all they will tell me is that the package has been shipped, it is "busy mailing season" and they will let the post office know to put my package first. Definitely do NOT recommend.

I ordered some sweaters and 2 pairs of shoes from there FALSE site back in the ending of September. This week I wrote to there email and got a response saying the post office was backed up due to the close holiday. Such BS I then sent them a email back explaining how they did not answer my email with information I requested. Theu sent a email of apology and said they will rush the post office. Another BS answer. I will be contacting the BBB and my bank. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THESE HORRIBLE FRAUD EVIL A**H***S

I'd like to know where exactly my order is?!?! I ordered WEEKS ago and still nothing. I try to look up this eronious tracking number EV*******CN, and SURPRISE, it says nothing found. I'm reporting you to the BBB and I want my money back! You're a fraudulent company, every response you send isn't even proper grammar. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!... That's what I sent to them! Can't believe I fell for this scam. Def going thru my bank to get my $$ back. SMH.

I placed an order on 9/26 which came to a total of right around $150. On 10/2 I rec'd a message via text that my package has shipped. Its now 9 days later and still no package. Here's the catch. A few days ago I checked the link regd tracking. Its states DHL hasn't picked up my package yet. Hmmmm... strange. I sent an email to DHL and they stated that a label was issued but never tendered to DHL. So I followed up with an email to customer service at Chellysun.com and received a bull$#*! response saying it must be stuck at the post office. Blah blah. I filed a complaint today with Paypal to see about getting a refund. We shall see if this asinine company responds with an legitimate answers rather than excuses. The feeling of disgust and being stolen from erks me deeper than anything. Im beyond frustrated. I looked up their instagram today and probably viewed at least 25 posts and a lot if not ALL that say x amount of comments, etc. THE MAJORITY OF THE COMMENTS HAVE BEEN ERASED. Im pissed off and determined to get a refund. This is bull$#*!.

My wife ordered $50 in sweaters and no items recurved in the mail. Contacted website about shipping and before they even sent a confirmation email about it being "shipped" they replied saying it was shipped two day earlier then the email. Tried using the tracking number and same as all the other reviews the tracking number doesn't work. Chellysun response to that was that the post office is super busy and doesn't have time to update the tracking. Just keep getting the run around from them. DO NOT BUY! Read reviews before buying from any website!

I saw a post for Chellysun on instagram and was pleasantly surprised by how nice their products looked and inexpensive prices.

Let me just say, it's SO NOT WORTH IT. I bought three items and paid for express shipping, which guarantees the clothing within 2-6 days... 17 days later, and I STILL haven't received anything and when I click on the tracking number it shows the shipment was created but never sent.

I wrote to their customer service email and this was their excuse (repeated multiple times):

"Dear customer,
Sorry for this inconvenience caused to you. We've checked the status for you and it may be stuck at the post office. We will call them immediately so you don't have to do anything, your package will arrive soon."

Then 4 days later...

"Dear client,
We ae so sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, we will continue to push post office to handle your package very firstly. Thanks for your kind understanding."

I'm sorry - since when does a company have to "push" the post office to handle a package?

This is so, so, clearly FRAUD. I only hope I can get my money back.

Do NOT order from this site. It has been over a month now and I still have not received a single item. I looked through all the five star reviews and know they were written falsely and by people who probably work for the company. I am disgusted! Just goes to show you that you really can't trust what you see on any platform. Instagram, Pinterest, etc. - they are all paid ads and probably have no idea what they are supporting. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere.
