Purchased pair of boots and never received. I ordered in the beginning of Sept and we are the the 30th october. I contacted them several times giving me the runaround. They gave me a 1st tracking number which didn't work and when i contacted them again they said it was lost in the mail stuck at a post office. Then they said they we sending me a second pair and they gave me the same tracking number... I asked for a refund and they never gave me one. What a load of crap. Don't buy anything from them.
I ordered shoes. It took over a month to receive them. I online chatted, sent email, they were not concerned, just gave excuses. When I got the shoes, they were packaged in a bag with 1 sheet of bubble wrap over them. Cheapest looking pair of shoes I have ever seen, part of the heel was scuffed. The strap around the ankle was so big, it would not fit me if my ankle was twice its normal size. The heel looks so bad I would not wear them any way. If they fit.
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered from this site over a month ago and when I emailed them, they basically said it must be stuck at the post office. I told them I want my money back because I do not have the item and they said they could not give me a refund because my item shipped which NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IT'S AT! Ugh lessened learned, I will always check the reviews before buying anything!
Do not order from this company. I placed an order at the end of September and still have not received my package. I emailed the company last night and they responded but didn't seem concerned. They're response was "you have to realize that with international shipping things get lost". So, there goes $155 of my own hard working money down the drain. Again, please don't buy anything from this site.
Don't waste your money! You'll likely never receive what you order or get your money back. I ordered 2 shirts almost a month ago and no shipping notice and can't reach customer service.
I came across Chellysun on my Instagram timeline because the ad was posted there, but it's a scam! Beware... don't fully trust the Instagram ads!
I received a confirmation email right after my purchase. It said the shipping method was 6-9 days. Then 4 business days later I received another email with my tracking number. When I clicked it, it brought me to the USPS website and said my label has been created like this. But it stayed like this for a few days which made me worried. Then I looked into it and found out it's a scam!
Just like everyone else, I never received my order. I received an email October 1st that my package had shipped, today is October 26th and I still have not received it. Also my tracking number shows invalid. I have emailed them multiple times and they keep telling me that it's busy season at the post office and that they will update my tracking info. Also if you read the 5 star reviews none of them are correct English grammar, you can tell it's the company writing the reviews to make themselves look "legit".
I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this "company." To say I am disappointed it an understatement. I thought I was ordering cute shoes that appeared to be comfortable. Instead it is a scam and I am appalled that they are able to get away with this. I saw their add on Instagram. Shame on Instagram for not doing research as well. They should only be posting Sponsored ads by legitimate companies, not fake ones like Chellysun who take your money and never send you what you ordered.
Never received my order, asked for a refund, just get excuses and promises to resend item. The 6-9 business day shipping leads the consumer to believe this is not a international outlet but upon talking to customer service I was informed that it is.
Do not waste your money, you won't receive your order or a refund. Just giving your money away to a shady foreign company.
I placed an order for a pair of shoes and did not receive them within 2 weeks as promised. I sent an email and was told by Lily that the post office had not shipped them. Four weeks later I still have not received the shoes and I am still being told that the post office is very busy and has not been able to ship them but thank you for your patience. Do not fall into the same trap that I did. Lessons learned, don't order off of just any website, check the reviews first! I am angry and don't want others to experience this awful scam. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am hoping they can and will do something about this fraudulent company.
They will give you the give you a run around so as to never deliver your items. I have reported them as fraudulent. You will have the dispute the charge. They will try to reassure you that it's on the way, but the tracking number they give you is bogus. So just don't.
This website company is a scam. I purchased some clothing items on September 24 with 6-9 day shipping terms promised. After two weeks I emailed and got a response saying it was the Chinese holiday so shipments were delayed. Like I was supposed to know that. The original tracking number given showed as not registered. They then said my items would be received soon. I have emailed them over 7 times and each time they say to "trust they are coming". They then said the items were lost and they would reship. Again same tracking number issue. I have asked for a credit refund for my purchase. They said they would give me a discount for a next purchase. LIKE I WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! HA. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to not pay them as they had already charged my card.
Total crap! "Lily" responds to my emails giving me "tracking numbers" that do not exist. I emailed them stating I would be reporting them and getting the money back from the bank - no response now. It has been over a month since I placed my order and every "tracking number" I receive is unable to be tracked? Unacceptable and FRAUD!
If you're looking for a site that is similar in styles, but has the best customer service use SheInside. They ship from China as well, but I always receive my packages within the week, 7 days tops. You can even return items easily, and you actually get your money back - highly recommend!
Like many others, I ordered something before reading the reviews. Once I read them, I IMMEDIATELY wrote to ask for a refund - before anything said it was 'shipped'. SEVERAL times asked for a refund, and they would give me the answer 'it was a holiday so we can't answer right now'. And then 'the post office is very busy, so we can't right now'. Excuses after excuses. I opened up a complaint on Paypal (thankfully!) and had my money refunded through them. I suggest people go that route if they can.
You have 60 days to dispute a debit card purchase to your bank. This company is hoping they can give you the run around that "it's the busy season and your package must be delayed at the post office" until those 60 days are up. Take screen shots of other user stories, take screenshots of your purchase order and email conversations and go get your money back! Literally my blood is boiling with anger for this scam company.
I ordered from this company over a month ago. I got an email saying it was shipped. Shocking it is an invalid tracking number. I emailed customer service. They will not give me a tracking or any information... they just told me to "be patient order is coming". I have ordered from China before, it doesnt take a month!
I never received my order, they did respond to my emails but basically just gave me the run around still never sending anything
I ordered a pair of shoes from this website on September 28th it was October 23rd and I still have yet to receive my order never order from this company ever.
So upon receiving weird emails from support saying the items may get lost in delivery, they sent a new one and gave me the SAME old tracking number which doesn't work obviously. I didn't know it was a scam til a month later when my sweater hasn't arrived and I start searching online to see if anyone experienced the same thing. What a surprise to find all these negative reviews saying it's a scam.
Then I notice the rating is like 2.5 overall with a couple 5 star reviews which I go ahead and check. They're all written with broken English which means it's probably the owners of the store just trying to scam more people and keep their thieving and deceiving ways and making more people fall.
How is this site not closed and/or banned?!?!
Answer: YES! This website is a SCAM! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER NOR A REFUND! I have to go to China to fight I will! REPORTING THIS CITE IMMEDIATELY!
Answer: You won't. This is not a legitimate business. Check your credit card statement and see where your order was charged to--it will most likely not be to Chellysun, it will be another business name that is not in operation and cannot be traced. You should report this to your credit card company as a fraudulent charge.

Answer: Same thing happened to me, I made an order, received a bunk tracking number, then never heard back from them!
