I ordered 4 items back in early October, received an email with a tracking number, but 3 weeks later, still no tracking info available. I received a response to my email a week later stating some BS about it being held up at the post office, but should be good now. Nope, still same crap.
I ordered shoes from this website at the end of September and have still not received them. The company never gave me a working tracking number.
I ordered boots in september and I am still waiting for them! A couple of weeks after not receiving them I emailed them and they told me my tracking number was wrong and that my shipment was on its way. I asked for a refund and nothing! They never gave me a new tracking number and have yet to respond on the status of my shipment. We are going on two months now! Do not buy from this company!
I ordered the Chelsea boots about a month ago and they still aren't here! This site is a total scam I can't believe I ordered from them I want my money back!
It's been over a month since my order and NOTHING. I've sent countless emails to their so called customer service with horrible responses. Absolutely ridiculous. Never order from them it is a total scam.

I ordered shoes over a month ago and still nothing! My tracking number doesn't even say anything about where my package is! I emailed the company 4 times and finally got a response and said it's in route. I want my money back and they will not refund! So you took my money and just said that you sent the shoes! I ordered a pair of boots about 7 weeks ago and still NOTHING. I never received a confirmation email or tracking info after I ordered, and every time I email their customer support asking for info on where it is, they claim the post office is backed up. I have asked each week for an update and they make up some excuse every time. $40 down the drain, do NOT order from this $#*! company!

I ordered shoes in September and now its NOVEMBER and I have contacted them twice. I contacted them in October and a lady responded and said she would personally move my order ahead. ANOTHER MONTH HAS GONE BY AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT BEEN SHIPPED.
They were speedy to process my money RIGHT after I ordered, but two months later they still haven't even shipped my order consisting of one pair of shoes. This company -or whatever it is, if it even deserves to be called a company- needs to be taken down for fraud.

Chellysun is the worst website i ordered a pair of shoes in september and still not gotten them. They are a scam and they rip you off big time. Ive emailed them numerous times and they keep saying "im sorry for the inconvenience, we dont know when the arrival will be." LIKE NOO. They gave me a tracking number and i tried tracking it and it says "oops sorry tracking number not found." and on top of that i asked what carrier it was and they said usps so i went on their website and tried tracking and it says the number is too short LIKE EXCUSE ME HELL NO! SCAM. Bought 2 items Oct 20 (supposedly shipping is "6-8 days") and now I'm freaking out because they give you NO shipping number and the link to "Contact Us" is NOTHING. So pretty sure this is one of those Asian scams and I'm not getting what I paid for. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

After about a month, I finally recieved my sweater. At first I was very worried and searched reviews on the actual website (all reviews had bad responses and stars). I emailed them probably around 10-12 times asking for updates on my sweater. The last email I recieved, I got an actual tracking number and an actual reason as to why my shipment took so long. They like to do mass shipping all at one time. Even though the sweater took a very ling time to come in. The sweater itself actually turned out very cute. Ordered boots on September 28, they haven't arrived and the tracking number doesn't work. Unlike all the reviewers, I can't even find a way to contact them. "Contact Us" on the website goes nowhere. After reading all of the negative reviews on Chellysun, I freaked out and emailed them 3 times during the 20 days it took for me to receive my order. My emails were pushy and impolite, but they responded quickly each time with an update on my order. When the order did arrive, I was impressed with the high quality of the clothes. I bought 3 sweaters, a long sleeve shirt, and 2 tank tops. Every item was top quality and fit my tall figure well. So, while it did take longer than other companies for me to receive my order, I would say that it was still a bargain deal. I think Chellysun needs to improve they're shipping, so items arrive sooner; however, I have no critiques for their customer service or their clothes. Very good quality.
Basically, keep in contact with Chellysun. They are not a scam, but they are still working on their process. You will not get your purchase right away, but you will get quality items that fit and aren't too small like other online stores.

I wish i would have come across this site before i threw away my money :( I ordered size 8 shoes and they sent "37" saying thats what i ordered. In no country a 6.5 and an 8 interchangable! So frustrating as they just reply dumb mindless answers. Any advise how to shut these illegal sales down?

People will respond but it will be the SAME message every time. "The post off is busy. Well tell them to rush yours. We're sorry, we're sorry" They DID send me a shipping number but it doesn't work. I reached out to sitejabber and just got a new tracking number. Yesterday it didnt work, and today there is tracking information. I purchased a month ago. IF this comes through... I will let you all know. If you dont have time to WAIT then this may not be the place for you. Like I said... I'm holding out hope. Hoping the information is updated with closer tracking.

Scam. Do not buy from them. EVER. I never received shoes that I bought and got no refund. The tracking number says it is invalid and can't get ahold of them. Ughh how can they keep doing this to people and not get caught?
