Ordered an item over 3 weeks ago. Haven't received it. I got an email a week and a half ago that it had been sent to the post office to ship. Still no item, still no further communication, but they sure did take my money. I will be calling the bank to dispute. Sure hope this keeps someone else from ordering from them.
After I wrote many reviews online, and blasted their Instagram account with comments, they reached out to me and refunded my money. I appreciate their efforts, but they need to be clear about the delivery time on their website. At checkout it stated 7-10 days, which is completely inaccurate. I have updated to 3 stars instead of 1.
This place is a scam! They claim items will be there is 7 days, well it's been over a month and a half and still no boots! I tried to cancel the order and get my money back, but they refuse and keep giving excuses that's it's a holiday! Very upset with this "company"!
I bought an order of stuff 6 weeks ago and never received it. I asked for a confirmation and wasn't given one. I asked to cancel so that I could get my money back and they said they couldn't cancel the order.
Ordered my shoes on October 13th, the order was place and payment was made but no shoes. I am now over a month later without my shoes and wasted money. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM!

They are total liars. It's been two months and haven't received my item. Then when i emailed them about this issue every time they tell to Trust them and that it's holiday season. Two months again really holiday season. They have no customer service skills and you can't call them to speak with someone. They are unprofessional and they sell false advertisement please be advised! SCAM! Ripoff. Spread the word people..

Bought booties. Took forever to get them and they are UNWEARABLE TRASH. They are literally plastic and the heels are too small for the actual shoe size. You literally can't wear them because the plastic material they're made of is bent out of shape.

They stole my money and I can't believe that are still allowed to advertise on Instagram and let alone be a damn business. As everyone else has said. I ordered a pair of boots in early September. Whenever I would try to track my package, I would be directed to a USPS page that said "label created, not yet added to system". Emailed customer support after about three weeks of this. They gave me the same "busy season" excuse. Emailed them again with a screen shot of the USPS page last week and someone named "Elain" told me that the post office was called and that the package was stuck there. Elain said that the package would be shipped out later last week and that the shipping info would be updated in a couple days. I gave them until yesterday, over a week later, and still no package or shipping update. I emailed them yesterday at 9am asking for a refund and have heard nothing. Shocker. This is the first time I have EVER contacted a customer service rep waiting for a package and I have waited over a month from other websites that operate over seas, but they were honest in saying that shipping could take 15-30 days. I just hope that I can get my money back from my bank now that is has been over a month.
I have now emailed twice with regards to a shipment that should have been delivered weeks ago, no email back. Tried calling their "support number"- not a real number. At this point I just want my money back but I can't even get in touch with anyone about that. This website is a SCAM!
I ordered from this site back in SEPTEMBER. It is now mid November and they have no idea where my items are. The first time it got lost and if i hadnt emailed them asking about it, they would have never noticed. I have been emailing them asking for the new tracking info number and i get the same copy and pasted broken english reply every time. Do not waste your time or money on this site.

This was one of the stupidest decision I have ever made. I spent over 100$ on this site, selected 3 day shipping, and 8 weeks later the tracking info still only says "shipping information received" so the post office hasn't even received the items yet even though I placed this order in SEPTEMBER and it is currently mid November. I am so so fed up with them and every response I get is "please be patient due to the busy season of shopping." Im no longer patient. I cannot believe they're getting away with this and I am IRATE. These items were ordered for a vacation that was a month ago now, never received one thing from Chellysun. Thanks. HAAAAAAAAATE
They are located in china, i've ordered from them twice and both times the package got lost, the first time at the post office the second time, who knows?!?! I contacted customer service, they kept try to ASSURE me my package would be coming it was just still in transit, FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH, it took my threatening to dispute the credit card transaction before they sent replacements and even then it took an extra two weeks to be delivered. Their quality of product is crappy cheap at best and sizing is all over the place and inconsistent. Please learn from my mistakes and save your money, spend a little more and shop elsewhere!
Yup! Just like everyone else, I have been waiting for my boots for almost 2 months now. I've emailed them, tried to chat with them and I have received no answer from anyone. This is unacceptable. Don't waste your money. They never ship you your order and when asked where it is they say the post office has an over abundance of packages and it is delayed. They are scammers

I ordered boots over 2 months ago. They were supposed to arrive in 9 days. I never received them and when I've contacted them on multiple occasions, they refuse to cancel and credit the order, sending a generic "Sorry for your inconvenience" email.

I placed my order back in the beginning of October and like many (if not all) others I failed to receive my order. My suspicions grew when I noticed the tracking number they provided was invalid, leading me to do more research. After a month of patiently waiting, I sent them an email demanding a refund and received the same generic message as everyone else ("there must be a problem at the post office"). Shortly after I contacted my bank and they gave me my money back no problem. Ladies there are cute, cheap clothes elsewhere! KEEP YOUR MONEY!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from them. They sent me an email with an invalid tracking number. I waited and waited, no shoes. I emailed them, they apologized and said they were busy. I had read reviews by now with them telling lots of other people this. So, I emailed them and explained that I knew that was one of their excuses, and if I didn't have my money back, I would dispute the charges. They then emailed me and said they had refunded my money with a fake picture of a refund. No refund. I then disputed it with my card company, and in 2 days, I had a real refund. I only had a few days left before the 30 days were up. After that, you can't get your money back. They try everything they can to delay you for that long. SCAMMERS!

I ordered back in Sept and same as everyone else... got a tracking number plus bull$#*! runaround that's all it was! This company sucks $#*! I will never shop from them EVER or recommend them to anyone! I should have did my homework and read reviews before I placed the order, lesson learned the hard way but thank god I got my money back!

Answer: You won't. This is not a legitimate business. Check your credit card statement and see where your order was charged to--it will most likely not be to Chellysun, it will be another business name that is not in operation and cannot be traced. You should report this to your credit card company as a fraudulent charge.
