I dont even wanna give the 1 star. I ordered from here 3 months ago and have still not reseved it. I emailed them still in spetember and they said it shipped and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number didnt work. So i emailed again and said I still havent reseved my package I would like to be refunded and it's still in transit. Just reseved another email saying they are out of stock of what I ordered and I can choose something else in the same price range. I have finally given up on hoping my package will arrive. Dont shop here.

After 3 months of bullcrap, I've given up on getting my order or my money back. They send you tracking numbers that don't work. They tell you your order was lost and are sending out another. When you finally get tired of the lies and ask for a refund, they tell you that's not possible because your product is still in transit.

Don't waste your time and money or read the reviews on the site because those are bogus. There are a bunch of these companies under a variety of names, that sell same poor merchandise that looks NOTHING like the picture.

They feature their crap on Pinterest. That's how I got sucked in. You can also see the same merchandise pictures on Wish.

I ordered a pair of boots almost two months ago. The shipping said 6-9 days and they still haven't come. I've emailed multiple times asking where they were then just to cancel the order and asked them to refund me. I get the same general response saying so sorry must be at the post office, in customs, etc etc. they send a link to a tracking number and everytime it either says "label hasn't been made" or it is in Chinese so I don't understand. I send it to them and they basically send the same thing again. I have a feeling I'm not going to get my product or get my refund. I'm very upset with them. Don't ever order from this website.

Giving ChellySun 1 star is even too much... they are the absolute worst "company" I've ever dealt with. I placed a order over a month and half ago and still haven't received my order nor have I been given a tracking number but I'm told each time I email them that they can't refund my money because they've already shipped it. After 3 weeks of being told it was already shipped then they wrote saying it in fact had not been shipped, after I asked for another refund I was then yet again told they couldn't refund my money because it was already shipped I'd love to see them and every other SCAM company shut down!

First, when you order, you get an estimate delivery of 9-15 business days (LIE). It took over 2 months to get only PART of my order (which they sent the wrong colors). The shoes did not make it and they were "shipped separately." About 2 weeks later they said they could not find my package and no longer had those shoes in stock and to pick another pair. I did. When I picked another pair they said "how about we refund and you buy yourself". Really? Just ship the shoes. And they said okay. (we will see)

Secondly, the products I did receive were not the color I ordered. I inquired about shipping them back but they wanted me to pay for the shipping. I refuse to do that when it is their mistake. They replied "it cost us a lot of money to ship to you, since you do not like the products you must pay for shipping" THEY SENT THE WRONG COLORS but they did not acknowledge that at all.

I should have read the reviews first on this place. I had the same exact problems as everyone else.

Also, tracking number never worked!

I finally called my bank and put out a dispute since it seemed like they were not even going to try to refund my money anyway.

I ordered from them over a month & a half ago. After a month, I emailed them because the tracking number was not working. They said it was due to busy shopping season and my post office hAdnt updated. 2 weeks later I asked for a refund & they said they couldn't give me one since the package had been sent out. That was on Nov 13th. Today, I got another email with another tracking number that said my package was sent out on Nov 17th! 4 days after the email that refused my refund. This website and company needs to be shut down. They are stealing people's money! It's a joke! I will NEVER order from them again and I will make sure no one else I knows ever clicks on their link. Worst. Company. Ever.
