Ordered on 9/26/18. It's 12/18/18 still haven't gotten anything. They said that my address was wrong so the item was shipped back to them. I responded with "fine refund me" they said "no we spent too much on shipping". The refuse to refund me. I keep begging and nope. I filed a claim with PayPal. Total scam. They sent they resent out the item I ordered but I guess I'll have to wait another three $#*!ing months to see if that's true. Which I doubt it is. I keep blowing up their Instagram posts. I don't want this to happen to another person.

As everyone mentioned, this is a scam! I ordered items on October 10th, still haven't received them (12/13). When I asked where the items are, I got the following response:

Dear Customer,
Sorry for letting you wait so long.
We have checked your order and found that we have shipped this item successfully by USPS before, but the logistic information is still unavailable now. We have contacted the local post office and they told us this package might be lost by post workers. We are really sorry to tell you about this.
The next package has been sent out, and it will be faster so you don't have to wait too long.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I purchased a pair of booties from chellysun and was so excited to get them. I was searching chellysun one day and noticed all of the bad reviews. I immediately started freaking out because of all the bad reviews letting me know that chellysun is a scam! I just want all of you to know that I did receive my package! It took almost a month to get them but I did get the package. Although I got the package, the booties looked like a very cheap version of the picture. They did not match the picture, however they are cute booties. I hope this helps any future chellysun buyers.

I attempted to reach out multiple times to Chellysun and have yet to receive any information on my order. I bought enough clothing items that updated my shipping to the quickest possible route, however never received an email with shipping or tracking information. I reached out to the seller multiple times and would never hear anything back and if I did the sum of the response was, "we're too busy to look at your order at the moment"... luckily I paid for the items through PayPal and it was brought to the resolution center in hopes that I can get my money back. I hope that someone can put a stop to this fraudulent company and that NO ONE buys from them. Its a shame that they keep stealing people's money. I wish I would have read the reviews about this company before purchasing the items

Never received product. I received a confirmation from the company on 9/26 that my order shipped. According to the USPS my order has still not shipped as of 12/7. I believe this company is a scam as there are many similar negative feedback about not receiving product. Unfortunately, I am unable to give 0 stars. I also have noted that the only positive reviews are repeated reviews from different accounts. (example of positve review repeated multiple times by two different accounts. Word for word: "I fully recommend Chellysun for purchases, I bought several Times from them and I always end up definitely satisfied! Styles... more"). I suspect the multiple, identical positive reviews are false. I will remove or revise this review if I ever receive a refund or product. Scam. Do not buy anything from this company.

This company is obviously some scammer who sits in his basement ripping people off! Ordered two pairs of boots from their ridiculous website. Money was taken from my account immediately. Never received a confirmation. A couple weeks went by and I finally emailed them regarding a tracking number. Not even 30 minutes later, I received an email stating that my items had been shipped. THE TRACKING NUMBER DID NOT AND HAS NOT WORKED! Total scam! Don't waste your time and certainly not your money! Should be against the law for this to happen to consumers! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

THEY ARE A SAM. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT THE PRODUCT. THEY SEND YOU A FAKE SHIPPING NUMBER THAT DOESNT WORK AND THEN THEY EITHER IGNORE YOUR EMAILS OR THEY SEND YOU SOME BULL$#*! AUTOMATED RESPONSE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS $#*!TY SCAM OF A WEBSITE! It needs ZERO stars. There needs to be somewhere you can report scams like this! Its bull$#*!! They say they have this magical and great refund policy yet when i FINALLY got a reply from someone they said they couldnt refund it because there is nothing to refund... BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHIPPED ME MY PRODUCT!
I cannot say this enough DO NOT order from this site. The people on the side that said they got their product CLEARLY work for that $#*! company. Run away!

I did a reverse image drop to see if the pictures of the boots I ordered yesterday are actually from the source. Turns out they are not! The images that Chellysun is using (at least for these shoes) are stolen from top designers. Explains why I thought the deal was too good to be true... these boots are actually $418! If I do ever receive the boots, I don't even want to see what their cheap "vegan leather" bs version looks like.

Lesson learned: always look hard into customer reviews, and only trust customer photos of the received items!

I ordered from Chellysun on September 6th 2018 and received a tracking number on the 12th. After the tracking number had be invalid for a month, I emailed them asking where my package was in October. They got back to me, only to tell me that 'So sorry, it's a busy season, your package is coming shortly'. Like, what busy season are they talking about? It was September at the time, but I let it slide for another month. When November came around, I emailed them again asking about my order and someone told me that my package was lost in transit. They told me that they will send our another package and update me with a tracking number. That is when I got frustrated. After thanksgiving, I emailed them for the third time expressing my concerns and disgust with everything that was going on and two days went by and someone emailed me back with an updated tracking information that WORKED! Good, right? WRONG! My packaged was delivered 11/30/18, a day after they emailed me the updated tracking information AND I received 1 our of 4 items that I ordered which cost OVER $80! I will NEVER EVER order from this website again!

Such a disgrace!

I've emailed them for the 4th time tonight (12/01/18). We shall see what they say.

I ordered a sweater of this site on Oct 18th and I made an attempt to cancel it. My emails were ignored, only to find that I got an email 5 days later that my item got shipped out. The 1st tracking no. Wasn't even valid and I had put up with this for 2 weeks. I asked politely in more emails to please cancel my order and refund me. Again I was ignored. My order got shipped out again (at least the tracking no. Was valid this time) and didn't get my item till Nov 29th I have had to deal with these guys for over a month and reported to paypal (Which I hope they can help). What was the icing on the cake? I have learned that they gave me a fake address to return my item too as they gave paypal a different address where I was send my item back. Long story short? These people are scam artists and should go out of business

If I could rate this company a negative 5 I would. I ordered 5 sweaters from this bull crap company in September 2018. I emailed these people 5 times because the package never ever arrived. Finally I received the package on November 30,2018 and I only received 3 of the 5 items I ordered. Now I have to go back and argue with a computer screen just to beg to get merchandise I PAID FOR. This is annoying irritating unprofessional and most of all inconvenient as heck. I'm over this. If you don't want to be a part of a Ponsey scheme don't order from this company. Clothes are cute but service or shall I say lack there of is terribly disappointing. But it's my fault for getting caught up in aesthetics instead of doing my due diligence in research.

I chose 2-6 day shipping and it's been 6 weeks and they won't issue a refund or ship my items. They've given me 4 separate tracking numbers and none of them are valid. I'm hoping that the dispute I files with Paypal will result in at the very least, getting my money back. I wish I'd looked them up before ordering. Also, their customer service is HORRIBLE. They should, at the very least, be transparent about their shipping times and provide partial refunds for orders that take more than a month to arrive.

I ordered the Chelsea boots in brown in early October and received the shipping confirmation email within about a week. Tracking didn't work so I emailed the customer service team for over a month and they just kept saying the post office must be backed up and they were going to contact them and put a rush on my order. I received them at the end of November, and these boots are such garbage compared to the photos of what I ordered! The first 2 photos are from Chellysun's website showing what my boots are supposed to look like. The second 2 photos are what I received. I highly recommend never ordering from this site. They give you nothing but false advertising.
