I bought 2 pairs of shoes in early August and didn't receive them until end of December. Every time I emailed about where my tracking info was and asking for a refund (6 weeks after ordering), they magically "shipped" my package that exact day so I was "unable to get a refund". I highly recommend paying an extra $5 somewhere else and not buying from here. Horrible service and truly the slowest shipping I have (and will ever) experience. Chellysun is a scam, and I will never buy something here again.

I placed my order November 26,2018. On 1-4-19 I received only one of the two pair of booties I ordered. I swear they are the cheapest, $#*!tiest, most plastic junk I have ever seen. The stink from them is horrible, I had to put them outside. This company sells PLASTIC JUNK! Light a cigar with your money you will feel better. I have started a complaint with PayPal for a refund for the balance of my order. I wouldn't want them to reship the stuff is total CRAP!

They take your money and your order never arrives. They claim the merchandise has been sent (from China, supposedly), but it's impossible to track. All you get are "be patient" emails--no refund when requested. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If you do, report them as soon as possible to your credit card company and authorities, blast them on social media, and review everywhere possible. CONSUMERS, BEWARE.

I finally received my order; however, the "oversized" cardigan, which i ordered in XXL for good measure, but it barely fits me! I am 5'10" and athletic build and i fit into a L, but ordered a XXL just in case! To top it off, one of the items i ordered (and the one i was most excited to receive) was not included in the package! I informed them of this and received a refund for that item within 2 days, so that is the only silver lining of this entire experience. Shopping on this site was really not worth the effort and stress that it caused me. I will never shop here again

I ordered boots from them 11/25. Received an email they shipped 11/30. I've been trying to track my order for a month now using the link on their site and it says "no tracking information available". I've emailed 3 times, they only responded once saying "sorry for the inconvenience, it's busy holiday season, your package may be stuck at the post office". Now I'm reading these reviews. Livid. I filed a claim with PayPal and reported their Instagram accounts.

I ordered over $80 in shoes. I ordered them November 14th and they "shipped " the 19th. After 2 more weeks of waiting and nothing came in I emailed them. They gave me a bs response. I've been emailing back and forth for over a month and nothing. They won't refund me. All they keep saying is "kindly wait". DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT'S A SCAM. I'm moving in a few days and I doubt I'll even get it before I move, well that's even if they even sent my shoes. I'm never been so frustrated with a company...

I should've read the reviews before i ordered anything. My daughter saw cute shoes so i ordered and paid on Dec 8th, finally they "allegedly" shipped on Dec 18. When I noticed I hadn't received them, I tried to track in the link, which was a joke,... still not tracking info and showed in CHINA. Emailed again and the said they are sorry for issues caused and gave me anoyther tracking link. Now, it says China accepted the package on 12/24. Guess this is one presentbmy daughter won't receuve for Christmas.

I ordered 4 items and paid for express delivery which Is supposed to be 3-5 days. After 6 days I received an email saying my order had been processed. My package then took a further 30 days to arrive. I received it today, it's only contains one of the 4 items and it is in the wrong colour. Would never buy from here again. Do t understand how it has such a big following when it is utterly useless and basically steals your money. DO NOT SHOP HERE
