DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE $#*! Business! I placed an order in November 2018, I received partial January 2019 and clothes are terrible quality and too small! I am still waiting on some jeans, that supposedly shipped at the same time, however I have yet to receive. They continue to give me the run around on a Credit to my account and want me to track my pkg... WTF ever! SCAM all the way! CHEAP CRAP! Terrible quality and Customer Service NEVER answer you correctly. They dance around your question about a credit! THIEVES! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I'd show photos too if I had some to show, but Take my word... Keep your money!

I am usually smarter than this. I typically look up websites and reviews before ordering. But... I didn't do that this time, and so I wait for my boots like everyone else. Winter will be over by the time they arrive. It has been over a month, but since this company is in MALTA, I am not expecting them this winter :) lesson learned--again.

I gave up on expecting to ever see the boots I purchased in October so last night when I got a random package from China I was understandably confused. But I swear, they're actually cute and what I was looking for. Did I plan on waiting that long for these? Absolutely not. But I hope this makes some of you feel better knowing one day, maybe, your order could possibly still show up. (Probably after you've already ordered from a different company but STILL.)

They'll block you in Instagram if you say anything negative about them. But I ordered two pairs of boots back in Nov 2018 and finally received them January 2019 (after a bunch of emails). When I opened the package (no shoe box; they were just in plastic bags) the shoes looked NOTHING like the pictures. I don't wear cow/ animal skin (leather) but these looked CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. So I initiated a return by following the instructions on their website. Received an email a few hours later asking WHY I wanted to return. I wanted to tell them the truth but I opted for the reason of it being wrong size. Several hours later, I received an email asking, "Well, how about you get a new size?" NO! I want my money back! This went on for 3-4 more times, Chellysun even going as far to say, "Keep the item, we'll give you $6 because we make marginal profits". Haha WOW! If your customer service and products didn't suck so much, you'd probably make better profits. I finally threatened to report them to PayPal. Once I did, I received a return address, was told to pay for shipping, and to take a pic of the receipt from the post ofice! If after reading this and you STILL want to buy something from this company, then you deserve to be swindled.

Thank you to everyone that took the time to leave a review ;) I googled cute sweaters and Chellysun website came up with all the beautiful sweaters. And reasonably priced too... I loaded my cart with sweaters and shoes in my size. Which are hard to find... but thankfully I've learned to look at the companies reviews before purchase... and the consumers has spoken... CHELLYSUN WILL NOT GET PENNY OF MY MONEY... 5 thumbs down for the company... and 20 thumbs up for the people!

I ordered a pair of "Leather Mid-Calf Victorian Boots" from Chellysun and I returned them immediately. They're supposed to be leather, but they're definitely not - the material is thin and plasticky; it looks and feels very cheap.The interior lining looks nothing like it does in the photos. It's a completely different color and it's made from a material that feels like some kind of rough synthetic felt. The material wasn't even cut to fit the shoe. There was extra material sticking out in two places on the tongue of both boots, like it was cut and sewed by a child who can't color in the lines yet.

When I emailed them about returning the boots, they suggested that instead of paying an expensive return shipping fee, I should just give them as a gift or accept a partial refund. It was bizarre. And I still have to pay the return shipping fee, because even though the product I received was nothing like the product I ordered, I still "insist on returning them", in their words.

I ordered boots at the end of November, 5-15 days shipping time was stated. Like other reviewers I was told to be patient.

At the start of January, after several attempts to check on tracking (the numbers provided were useless), I contacted the company again and told them to refund my money. They did not and told me to be patient.

Today (2nd week of January) I filed a claim with PayPal and low and behold a cheap pair of boots showed up.

I think Chellysuns racket is bad service, because after losing so much time and not wanting to waste more in fighting with the company I'm cutting my losses. Which means they keep my money and I keep a pair of $#*! boots and my remaining sanity. Buyer beware!

I ordered a unicorn backpack on the 26th of December the day after Xmas and I had just gotten paid so was unable to buy my 3 year old daughter her present making it late. So I paid an extra $20 additional from the $30 the actual item cost for express shipping and it was supposed to insure id receive the item within 1-3 days and it's been 15 days and still says my item hasnt even shipped I am kinda glad that this happened in a way because it saved me from spending close to 100$ on clothing from scammin $#*!ing place! Wish I wouldve googled the damn thing before I ever dished out any money to them and thankfully a friend of mine saved the day with a unicorn backpack that she got off the wish app. So I'm able to give my daughter her gift finally! But all in all because of these scammer pieces of crap my lil girl had to wait for present from mom and that's so messed up and heartless so f*ck this place!
