I ordered 4 items on October 28,2018. I received 2/4 items at the end of December 2018, one early January 2019, and I am still trying to get the 4th item. Overall, items are okay but not great quality. The shirt (Casual Solid Knitted Sweater Top, Army green) is thin, see-through but did fit and looked similar to the picture, other than it being a lot shorter. The sweater (Wide V Neck Over-Sized Sweater) looks cheap and had snags in it upon receipt, so probably won't wear it. The slip on shoes (Slip On Running Flat Sneakers, Clay) are not at all like the picture and look like something my grandmother would've worn so giving them away.

Interacting with customer service was the most disappointing part. They don't speak English well so it's difficult to communicate, and they just say things like, "Dear client,
We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, we will continue to push post office to handle your package very firstly." Basically they claim your local post office is the problem when in fact the items just haven't left China yet. The shipping numbers never worked, but again I did get 3/4 items eventually.

The most misleading part is the shipping time. Expect it to take about 3 MONTHS to get your items, if ever. Overall would never order from them again and would not recommend them to others. Like other reviewers have mentioned, I'm fairly sure that most of the positive reviews are fake.

I ordered 2 dresses with Chellysun online, after going through the prompts and providing my contact information, processing the order with my bank info I awaited a confirmation email which never came. After multiple conversations with customer service requesting the order number from me (which I never received) they have DENIED me a refund... I have provided them with bank proof and date / time of transaction etc. I would not recommend this site to ANYONE! 50 dollars down the toilet for absolutely nothing.

Do not buy anything from Chellysun. My daughter ordered a dress in December, it took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was a shocking and poor quality copy from some factory in China, nothing like the style on the website. We emailed straight away but surprise, surprise, no response. I contacted them via messenger and they said to return to some address in the US before they will give a refund. I am still in a battle with them to get my daughters money back. Never again

I ordered a pair of boots in early December. Didn't get them until end of January. Loved the boots but they were too big. Asked to exchange them and they wanted me to ship them back to some crazy address in California with no business name. I googled the address and it pulls up some office building but no record of the person they wanted me to send it to located there. Only way to communicate is by email and they take days to reply. I just want to exchange or send back for a refund. But my god judging from the other reviews that won't happen. Horrible company do not order.

I had ordered a pair of shoes on this website on Dec. 27,2018 with a notice that said delivery would be 5-15 days. I received the shoes 28 days later, on January 23rd, to find they were a size too large. I emailed the company asking for a return label and they said it was too expensive and asked if I could give them as a gift. Are you kidding me? I then said no and I wanted my money back, and again asked for a return label. They offered a coupon or a partial refund. I said no, first off because I wanted my full amount back and second off why would I shop from there again? They AGAIN in another email asked if I wanted a partial refund. I asked how much it would be. They said THREE DOLLARS and I could keep the shoes I didn't want. They said it was $15 for a return label. I said it was outrageous, to send me something to return them, for my money back, and that I wasn't paying to return them. I'm appalled and incredibly annoyed. I'm never shopping here again and I will be sure to tell anyone I know how awful their customer service is.
