First of all, I get they're supposed to be cheap shoes, but this is just ridiculous. I pay for my shoes and it takes almost ONE MONTH to get here. After I get them I open the package to see the thread already coming out of the shoe, they don't look anything like the picture. I decide to give them a try by wearing them to school, worst shoes to walk in, my feet were uncomfortable all day. After school I ride the bus and I move my foot across the bar of the seat, the shoe buckle completely break. I am COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!

This company had the worst customer service, they send the wrong size, I asked for a return and this was the response: Dear client,
We also paid a lot of money to send the package to you, however you don't like the items and choose to send back, if you insist on returning, you will bear the shipping.
The returning delivery charge too expensive and it takes a long time. So why not keep them or give them to friends and we can offer you some discount for your next purchase. Please advise.
We feel sorry for this inconvenience caused to you.

They are awful. I ordered a pair of shoes from them and they sent the wrong size. I've been emailing them for weeks to correct it and they refuse to send me a return label or to even refund me my money. They are insisting that the shoes are the correct size even though there is nothing on the shoes that state the size.The only numbers on it are just some random numbers on shipping label. Um, hello, doesn't make it so. Meanwhile I still haven't gotten my refund.

If this had a 0 I would rate them as a zero. It's been 4 days since I've ordered my clothes and I still haven't received any updates on where my order is. Apparently you can track your order. I've waited for my notifications and still nothing. I emailed the site and they said my order is still processing. I really don't think it take more than a day or two to process an order.
So many other women on Instagram got the same experience worst yet never received their order. I wouldn't recommend on ordering from this site. Please research any site that your in familiar with before you order anything from them. Lesson learned. Sad to say I've learned the hard way and wasted money on this stupid site. Now how the heck am I supposed to get my money back?

They sent me the wrong size. So after waiting like 9 weeks to get them in the first place, I emailed to let them know. No big deal. They said a new pair in the right size was on its way. Nine weeks later, I message them that I have not gotten the replacement and he tells me to send the wrong size back on my dime. They are the ones the sent the wrong size. So I did not get what I wanted and the jerks kept my money. I am not happy at all. I will not do business with them again.

Ordered 3 shirts over 4 months ago. Received one it was to small actually could have fir my 5 yes old granddaughter, and it was a XL size. I've never got a response on what happened to the other 2 shirts ordered, and look it's going on 5 mths now and nothing, no shirts and no refunds and no explanation or response from anymore. Very poor customer service. And the one shirt I did receive was very bad quality and would not recommend this place to anyone! Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I placed an order over a month ago for three pair of sandals that I wanted for my vacation. I was emailed a tracking number and I waited about a week before attempting to track my package. The tracking number never yielded any results so I sent the company an email regarding my order. One of the reps emailed me back saying that my order had been shipped and to allow it some time before tracking my package. A few days went by and I was still unable to track my package so I emailed the company again only to be told that my order must have been lost during shipment but they would reship my order via standard shipping. I asked they to please ship my order express so that the package would arrive faster and I was told the order had already been shipped so they could not change the shipping type.
I told the rep to cancel my order and refund my money because I was leaving in week and this was beyond crazy. Finally after three weeks, my money was refunded. I will never in my life place another order with this company... the customer service is terrible and you will not receive your order.
