Do not order clothes from here if you actually want to receive them! I got a fake shipping code and when I try to call the line is always "busy" there is no costumer service. This is a scam, don't waste your money. Needless to say I will not be wasting my time & money with this website again.
I placed an order almost a month ago & have yet to recieve it, don't know if I even will. Got a text saying it was shipped with a tracking number but apparently the tracking is invalid. Should've read the reviews first, never again with this site.

Funny that every 1 star review seems to come from a consumer while every 5 star review is broken English and clearly written by this China scam. Sad to keep seeing cute clothes on sites that can never actually deliver what they show but I've learned my lesson now the hard way. Bunch of scammers, get a dang job
I ordered 4 shirts/sweaters and 2 pairs of pants from chellysun. I received my clothes in about a month, however I selected express shipping which was supposed to be 1-2 days. I am happy with all of my tops and have no complaints. However, I am extremely dissapointed in both of my pants. My jeans didn't come with a hole cut out to put the button through in order to do up my jeans, so they are completely unwearable. They also had the worst, most strong chemical smell coming off of them that I don't even know if washing them would get the smell out. I also ordered a pair of leggings that looked absolutely nothing like the ones on the website and were made with the most absolute cheap fabric that they looked awful on. Although I am happy with my shirts I will never order from this website again.
Item never received. No customer service. I should have read the reviews. Received an email saying item was on it's way but it never actually left China. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Worst on line shopping experience ever!' I did not read reviews before I ordered. Big mistake. I have never had a problem ordering on line till this order. And I am not alone! Poor service. Never again
First time ordering from them and it took over a month to receive my order. I was originally given a tracking number that was invalid. Once I complained they gave me a new tracking number. They also overcharged my card from the original amount that I was given. Each complaint I made led to progress on my package. Defintely never ordering from them again!

They scammed me, I was too stupid to see the reviews saying all the same thing that happened to me. I got an email confirming with a tracking number, that number still has no way for me to track it and i have yet to get my order which I am pretty positive I will not be receiving. I have emailed them there was no response. There quick chat that they respond instantly is false have yet to get a response there, and the one phone number i found to call wasn't in service. I am very dissapointed and WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK. SAVE YOUR MONEY! All of these good reviews. Yeah there is a reason the wording doesn't make sense.
I ordered a chunky cardigan sweater two weeks ago. I had received a text message saying my order has been shipped in which it came with a tracking number. Once I clicked on the tracking number it says the label hasn't been created. I order a bunch of online items and I have never ever had any trouble tracking them down. But Chellysun has let me down. I'd definitely save your money and shop elsewhere because no way in hell would I ever shop here ever again. Lets see how long it'll take for my cardigan to come in..
The Shipping was faster than what I taught of and it came to me in a safe hand without any excuse. I truly recommend it if you look for a good source to ship your things
They are scammers. Don't do it! I placed an order and like many others the money was immediately taken out of my account yet the tracking number is invalid with no way to know about my order or contact the company. Do not do it!
Their shipping is a very fast on delivery, I received a order a good conditions, its service is really well provide this is a very fast, good conditions and well. I like it very much
I do all of my shopping online, and I have ordered from many online stores. I have never had to wait this long to get my items! I emailed them about it and their response was that it will be sent "soon". I still haven't received the two items I ordered so I emailed asking for a full refund... we'll see how that turns out...

I placed an order back in July of 2018, it's September of 2018 now and I still have not received my order. I contacted customer service repeatedly and no one could answer my questions and they only used automated responses. My shipping # said "in transit" for the last 2 months. NOTHING TAKES THAT LONG TO SHIP OUT. They have the worst customer service and shipping system. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM unless you don't care when you get your package (if you even get it). All I wanted was some new sandals for summer and now summer is over.
I purchased an order on 8/26/18. I still have not received a legit tracking number. I'm pretty sure I was scammed by Chellysun!
