Experience has been good so far. It was a bit slow, however I was able to book my ticket with minimal hassle
I want to book 2 passengers, when I started I changed 1 to 2. Successfully I booked my husbands' ticket. I want to go back and keyed in my informations, there's no where I could find it. I had to start it over for the same flight. Ironically I had to pay higher price for the same flight I just booked 20 minutes ago. If your system let customers book multiple passengers, it could save our time and kept same price. It is not a pleasant experience and I wish CheapOair can improve it so I have confidence to book again. Thank you.
Ok, I haven't started my trip yet! But so far it was ok, there are problems like selected seats it added some charges that that you didn't know things like this!
