I needed to change my flight date. It was suitable new flights. It was quite easy to follow their instructions to get a new booking on the new flight.

They canceled my booking without me asking for it. Someone called me today to informed me that if I want to keep my current booking, since airline raised the price I needed to pay the extra money. Once I point out that the error was not from my part, then she decided to give me a call back. She never did. I book the airfare 7days ago. Since no returned call was done, After being waiting for 1 he and got a hang up from their end, I called back later, just to be informed that a cancellation was done and a refund will be done and will take 7-14days. Come on! This is an emergency flight! I want never asked if I want to cancel, and I need my refund right away so I can start searching for more airfare txt. Per their policy refund will be processed with in 7-14days no exceptions. Asked for manager, not available, anybody else as far as management, nobody available, wait for a call back with in 25-48hrs. They were able to take my money right away without a problem. They were taking my money if I opted for the extra fees. But nobody available to help! Apparently they have notes that emails were sent, calls were made prior to the 7 days. They have it on their end, but not in mine. How come if they called me before I never received the call, like today that for the fist time they called me.? Worse customer service and greaters rip off and liers!

I did not ask for a Travel Protection plan. Maybe request was sent by error but I don't need it and I am a US citizen so I cannot benefit from it. Kindly cancel it and refund the amount of the protection plan for 34.95 USD

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
