1. My reservation with Korean Airfrom Manila to Atlanta was cancelled without informing me. I went to NAIA only to be sent home because I was not in the list of passengers.
2.My original return trip to Manila was 06:05pm which was changed to12:05pm with overnight layover with no accommodations. When I asked for a change of time & put back my original schedule I was charged $100.
3. l have been in a lot of Stress with this Trip.
4. I will still stay overnight in Toronto on a Wheelchair!

I was Happy with cheaper fare found. However, a lower "agency fee" would be appreciated. There was no link to pay for (1) checked baggage.

I had quite a controversial experience of using this avia tickets service. The first time I bought tickets-London-Tel Aviv was perfect and I had no problems. The second time I decided to use this quite easy in use as I thought service I faced some troubles. I bought tickets London-Milan with the help of a verified PayPal account, but the account status was "not completed", then I received an email "your booking was canceled". They did not take money, but the trip was delayed, cause I did not have enough money on other accounts, except for this one. Support service did not help me with this matter.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
