Been using CheapOair for years. Always very easy to book. Website is clean, simple and efficient. Customer service is always very helpful.

Issue with booking a good priced car. Seemed higher than normal as I have rented several cars from this site...

Bad access to your site... chat automation sucks and timing is wrong... when I call no one picks up for a very long time and once they do the call bumped to a survey. Tried cancelling the hotel portion of my flight and it is not allowing me asking to call and when i call I am put on hold forever on a long distance call which is costly

Can't beat your deal anywhere else so far. I received a flight to an airport in my small city destination saving me the cost and time of a car rental from a larger airport two hours away from my destination. Bravo!

I contacted the text service to correct arrival airport on 01/31/2023, by mistake I scheduled LAX instead Ontario CA. Needs to be changed to hank you.

Give me my money you thieves! I'll be on every review platform ensuring people know that you outright steal peoples money! Not providing any service for our flight booked in oct 2020 but don't want to REFUND our money! Telling us to call the airline! Been over 6 months and these pieces of garbage still have the audacity to keep me on hold for 2 hours waiting for a "supervisor".

This company is a joke. I tried to contact an agent online to cancel my booking. The whole conversation lasted for >2 hours but in the end, they said they couldn't get in touch with the airline and my booking was still in place. They asked me to contact the airline myself. If they couldn't reach the airline, how could I?
I then call the company a day later to cancel my booking and it took them forever to find the fare rules. I'm still on the phone with them. We will see if I can actually cancel the booking or I will completely waste 2k on the booking that I don't need anymore.

It was very easy and I loved that it gave me a choice of flights and times.
