One leg disappeared when I changed tkt and was charged twice without approval on my credit card. Then they didn't book the leg back. I had to book on my own. Spent hours on the phone such a waste of time

Easy to find flights and manage my booking... I will refer cheapOair to my family and friends.
There is no benefit to use this or most 3rd parties. If you are going to use them do not purchase any of the insurances. Total scams - they are totally independent of the airlines and the airlines still will charge you for any changes or cancelations. Customer support (phone and chat) are pointless/huge wastes of time. I will never book with them again. I can't believe they are allowed to scam like this.

CheapOair makes it it easy to finds and book flights
It was very difficult for me to find a flight and I booked and payed without noticing I could only take a carry on bag with me. I tried to find a way to know the price for having one checked bag but it was impossible.

Overall cluttered look to webpages leading through booking a flight. Excessive wordy ads. Still able to navigate without much difficulty but definitely prefer a cleaner and more streamlined look.
I was running out of time to click "book" but the button wouldn't work! I pressed it about 10 times and kept clicking and unclicking other things on the page to try to get it to reset itself without erasing my info. Finally, inexplicably, it worked.
Good and very convenient. No problems encountered at all.
