Worst company never ever deal with this company
Booked a flight needed to reschedule as we had to book earliest flight as my mother-in-law passed away they didn't help with that
Also their toll free number was not toll free I got charged $600 cad as their wait time was approx 3 hours and they disconnected 3 times
Almost impossible to reach them and the worst part is they display their number as toll free
I had to book other flight paying $3800 each ticket
Also the ticket that I purchased was not refundable and now they are asking $1200 rescheduling fee for each ticket such a cheap and worst company just want a reason to snatch your money

CheapOair agent canceled my ticket that I found out when I arrived at the airport at check in baggage, I was told my ticket is returned?! I was shocked, the transaction was made but No ticket? I blame to the cheapoair agent that called me (Indian accent) he was rude guy, the conversation was about my booking he said Air France is going to charge you double ticket, so call PayPal he said to fix this issue. I said what's going on, I purchased the ticket using Cheapoair, payment went through, I have ticket#, why do I have to call PayPal? Cheapoair agent said "because of double charges are going to happen which we authorized it for some reasons, sir he said call PayPal or your ticket will be canceled". I still didn't understand what was going on. I called PayPal and 1 transaction was processed, so I have the ticket, booking#. However the nightmare I went through at the airport was unexpected. I ended up purchasing an instant ticket with the airline, double price. Short story, when I returned called Cheapoair to know why my ticket was canceled and I wanted return, Cheapoair agent refused to do the return, and so I called credit card company to put an end to this. Never ever ever use cheapoair!

On the site, I see a total debit of $1310. 68 and a debited amount on my Mastercard of $1367. 96. The reason for the difference is not explained.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
