Luck of communication and gives out bad information... as we arw flying back to the US came to Find out our flight was Changed time. We've had a hell of a trip cheapoair! Okay, I booked a flight through the APP, thinking I get a double points. Then I did not get a chance to use my gift card, which I bought with my points from cheapoir. Then a reprezantative called me on my phone and sold me a protection plan again not using my gift card. So my frustration is why do I use cheapoir if I cant use ANY of my benefits/points? By the way, KAYAK same deal was cheaper! So I will use them next time for my travel! Loyalty does not work!
