A few months ago I made a car rental reservation through CheapOair, then I cancelled it the same day because I found a better rate. CheapOair charged my AMEX for $ 315, but never sent a booking confirmation! They then confirmed the cancellation of the "non-existing" booking, but did NOT refund the charge. On the cancellation, there were both the booking number and the special reference number.
I disputed the charge with AMEX and got a refund, except for an "administrative fee" of $ 13.95.
Do NOT use this company, they are not trustworthy. This impression is reinforced by the many language errors in their correspondence
Very bad sound system at your end compounded with a strong accent. I spent about an hour booking a one way ticket for two people in addition to a two way for my partner and me. The agent did not ask if I needed any special attention. Now when I phone EVA about wheelchair assistance, I get an error message saying phone back tomorrow

Chi bear is a great app to find cheap flights and stay in the city that you are traveling and I have a visit this website twice now and I had a great experience flying in Landon where my destination is with me I plan on using it for the future and I recommend anyone to use this app for flight and stay travel

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
