I purchased a flight and hotel and minutes after I was called by a customer rep that the price had gone up after I purchased it. This is ridiculous, the price of something shouldnt go up after i have paid for it!

Someone from CheapO phoned me and thius issue was resolved. It was frustrating as the connection was full of static and interference. He had an accent but I dont believe that was a problem as his pronunciation was good.

Your pricing model is deceptive and you do nothing to address
The booking process is so easy and the options of flights were many making it easy to choose best possible flights. The payment part of the booking was also easy to follow.
I have used CheapOair before. It is very informative as it gives all options available for the selected travel route to make the best decision as to what option to take. It is also easy to follow when actually making the bookings. The flow is so logical and it offers options of going back without having to start all over again if one needs to check out something about their bookings. It prompts to the traveller all necessary options to take to mitigate the risks associated with travelling and an update on the different options costing is showing as the progress in making the booking selection proceeds. Before payment, the total costs is already known. Confirmation of the bookings and payment of the airfares is sent to email with itinerary for future reference.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
