Although I paid for the travel and contacted with the customer service on phone twice, I am still trying to confirm whether my seats are confirmed or not. In your web-site it looks like they are still pending, however when I talk to customer service they tell me that they are confirmed. I want a clear answer that whether my seats are confirmed or not? Besides whenever I contact to customer service they are trying to sell me new kind of insurance which is quite bothering.

I paid extra to choose my seats so my children could sit with me, but then I got a message that my seats on the connecting flights could not be confirmed. I was upset about it because there was nothing stating that I couldn't book those seats. The representative acknowledged my frustration, but explained that I couldn't select emergency exit seats when traveling with children or elderly passengers. I didn't know this, but now I know! She selected new seats for us, refunded us a small fee, and confirmed my reservation.Thank you to the representative. I appreciate you! However, my ongoing issue with this company is whenever I book with them, someone always calls multiple times to coax me into upgrading my reservation. I would prefer not be called unless there is a problem with my existing reservation.

I was surfing the internet for best price options. This experience provided great price and easy navigation. It provided options and opportunity to talk to a live person during booking.
After booking a flight through CheapOair, I attempted to cancel it within the 24-hour window. The reason for the cancellation was that I found a cheaper ticket for the same airline, same hours, and date on their official website, cheapOair.com, despite purchasing the original ticket with an additional $83.00 insurance for cancellation during the reservation process. However, when I contacted their customer service, (cheapOair) they informed me that since more than 4 hours had passed since my reservation, I would incur a $75.00 cancellation fee. Based on this experience, I strongly discourage booking flights through this website.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
