Too many offers pop-ups. It gets confusing to know what it is you are looking for. It can be easily missed or mistakenly sign up for something you didn't mean to.
The service was good though there is a bit of travel experts being overwhelmed by customers and taking long to attend to calls. It becomes expensive for international callers. However I would like to appreciate their courtesy and empathy in the discharge of the service

Prices change before I paid. Not happy. Spoke with an agent and he could not help with my booking. Its a scam.
I got a call from one of your advisors after booking was confirmed. He tried to convince me to buy additional features (services) which I declined previoysly when I booked my flight. It is called Supreme Package. Not really appreciative when you get such calls 10 min after confirmation is received. The call came in Viber from a number you may questionned.
