I love how quick I can purchase tickets on CheapOair. Ticket prices are fair or reasonable. The website is easy to use and very efficient and no waste of time. I've been using CheapOair for a few years and never had a problem. Also, there is the option of making payments over a 3 or 6 months with Affirm and approval is immediate.
They charged me more than agreed.

The escalation team handles issues or concerns seriously and I had some issue while doing reservations but then the support team reached out to me next day to understand what went wrong and they assisted me and had processed some refund.
Poor customer care service voice not clear too much waiting incorrect arrival date selected by the agent and booking confirmed with wrong date

Said my card didn't go through and I checked my online bank acct and it had then he did it again so now withdrawals out of my acct again. So I was charged twice. He also said money would be refunded but it was taken out of my acct as well. Was on the phone for almost an hour. Couldn't hardly understand him either very strong accent
