It was very simple and easy to book through CheapOair. The service you have was amazing. The price was also very reasonable.

It's hard to get information on my allowed bagage
Poo customer service. Agency not able to help and attend quickly with rebooking and/or cancelled flights. They keep on saying don't worry we will do it, we are still waiting from the airlines, etc etc.
