Quoted 100% more money when directed to call for a better rate than the on-line rate from the SAME COMPANY online minutes earlier! Complete BS song and dance from a woman in India I was connected to blaming ME for not understanding the online rate was better even though the pop-ups urged me to call for a better price! Asked for a supervisor (three times), was told I could get a call-back sometime in the future. Called back twice, spoke with others and asked for a supervisor, was promised they would transfer, an hour later after a disconnect, still waiting on hold. An hour later, still on hold.

Good deals but do fall for at the check out to open credit card and them when you you cant use it and get a deal you want! But later 6-11 days when you receive that card and deal a flight is long gone.
Anytime you open a credit card you have to wait for the card to be mailed from the bank, in this case it was for Synchrony bank. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

Cheap O Air is the worse agency all over the world. Dont buy ticket from xheap O Air they just trap you and dont listen to you after that if you need help for like some reason you are unable to travel they not gonna refund or rebook your flight they steal your money and give you hard time. First they said yeah your ticket is still open you can rebook or get refund but when I call them again they give me same answer when I said okay I want refund for my flight they denied and they said cant rebook either refund because you ticket was expired! Air Line said cheap O Air will refund or rebook my flight but when I spoke to them they denied and said Airline denied my request

The airline will always send you back to the original agency to assist, however, it does not mean that you automatically qualify for a refund or you can make changes, the airline didn't even review your reservation. Your ticket was booked in 2022 and is only valid for 1 year from the issue date, you missed the cut off and that is why we are unable to refund (non refundable ticket) and also do exchange. We did send you an email with the validity date when you cancelled this in 2022.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
