They did said when i made the booking that i needed my full name so i didn't include mely middle name. Also they did NOT INFORMED ME THAT BAGGAGE NEEDED TO BE PAID SEPARATELY! Im flying to Guatemala but must make a stop so i have to pay four times for luggage! That is absolutely RIDICULOUS! EVERYTIME I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TRY TO SELL AN ADD ON TO MY BOOKING

Thank you for your feedback. We provide the baggage policy directly beneath the flight you choose so you can review it before submitting for purchase, it is also displayed again on the booking page. In addition, we also inform that the name on the ticket must read exactly as it does on your Passport or valid ID. We regret that it was not a satisfactory experience.

Your company is so busy advertising and overselling, you forgot to do your primary job of actually booking our flights

Your flights were booked, confirmed and ticketed the same day you booked Feb.14 looks like you went to the airline website and tried to use the Cheapoair confirmation which does not work on the airline website therefore you thought you didn't have a booking.

Don't agree with the charging in US $. I'm in Thailand using a Canadian Credit Card. There is better exchange rates. Otherwise the service here and in the past has been OK.

I purchased a ticket for $566.77 on CheapOair, now with that been said my card was charged under CheapOair $550.67 $4.95 and $16.10 my card was also charged under Sprite airline for $550.67. I've reached out to CheapOair multiple times to no avail or solution. They gave me a date that the reversal should be reversed and nothing happened. They keep giving me the run around telling me to call my bank. I've spoken to my bank directly and my bank said it CheapOair needs to release the funds "reversal of funds".
For all the people that are working on a budget please do not purchase from CheapOair they will double charge you and tell you they have the issue of priority in hopes to ease your frustration. Book directly through the airline. Don't trust these people.
Subtract my star, I had no other choice but to click that one star. They don't deserve any star. I'm so pist and frustrated with CheapOair.

52 years booked 100s of tickets, I have never been scammed in my life, but on this website. If you want to pay 90% of your ticket in cancellation fees, these are your number one travel agency!

You were traveling to Doha on an international fare, ticket cost was $592.00 (this is less our 25.00 service fee which is non refundable)the airline has a canellation penalty of $148.00 that is a fee mandated by the airline and not us. Our service fee was $50.00 and we do provide all the fee's in our terms and conditions. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
