This has been a good experience for the prices for airline tickets. The 1 thing I dislike is the representative calling after I place my order. They try to up-sale and are so pushy that I have hung up with the representative 4 out 4 times I've placed my airline tickets.
I made a mistake and reversed the order I was going to be flying. I discover this immediately and called to cancel. The customer service representative tried to charge me an extra 56.00 dollars for this mistake. You guys think all old people are stupid. I'm disappointed with the disrespect.

Considerable confusion with reservations. Live helpers could not find my reservations. In all I was texting for nearly two hours. It was a fiasco!
I'm receiving conflicting messages. And I'm being requested to perform tasks that are already completed. The online "help" at Facebook is dismal, and a total waste of time.
I did not make a booking on July 24th. I have an itinerary, that begins in two days. The status of the booking is fine.
I don't know what to say about this message I am responding to now.
It seems to me that no one who is actually responsible to read and understand an inquiry actually does that. None of the replies I have received respond to the inquiry.
And sending me a "yes or no" questionnaire about something else is rather pointless.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
