Plane was late and I was stuck in Vancouver Canada Philippines airlines first problem second problem I'm stuck in San Francisco because of another plane delayed and I called you for help and I can't get any help unless I spend more money for a flight home 400 dollars and I look on line and find a flight home the next day for 200 dollars after words I go to Canada airlines and they decided to get me a flight to YYZ find someone there and I have another argument with a woman and I explained what happened and she said that the problem is your booking was booked to close that why you missed your flight and I showed her all my voucher I had and I said between you and CheapOair both of your problems I just want to go home and finely get a ticket to go home I just hope this happened again

Please give layouts of airports so that a passenger can find the gate for their connecting flight. I ended up missing my connection to Dubai in Montreal due to not knowing where to go. It was late at night and most of the service desks were closed. I called the airline (American) and I was put on hold by the airline for over an hour. This caused me to miss another flight that left that night. I ended up sleeping in the airport due to a large convention in town.
Also, my baggage was two days late getting to me. I understand this is an airline problem, but I just wanted to voice it.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!

Very sorry for the inconvenience you had when the airline was late, as a travel agency we do not have any control over airline operations and when booking the tickets, the connecting time is the mandated time needed to make those connections, unfortunately the airline delays caused you to miss the flight. It is upto the airline to put you on another flight they offer, but if you make any changes like wanting a new airline, or different dates than that is considered a voluntary change and you are responsible for that.
