You should have the option to add luggage. Travelling international without luggage is not practical and the airline charges more at the airport.

I accidentally ordered carry on luggage 2 hours ago and CheapOair refuses to assist me with cancellation of this purchase referring me over to the airlines for help. I have been charged $375 dollars just for luggage.
Thank you for the feedback. Once you add bags to a reservation the airline is the one who charges your card and get's paid we cannot refund money that was paid directly to the airline so unfortunately you have to speak with that airline for your request.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
