I used the chat for assistance on adding a flight to my app because it does not appear on my app. The 1st travel expert, Ted, instead of helping me insisted on selling me a service that I do not need. I simply want to see the flight on my app. Then he stopped responding when I declined the sale. The 2nd travel expert, Osric, informed me that since the other flights were booked using a different email address, they cannot be added on my app. This is a major flaw and limitation on your app. People can have multiple emails, does this mean we'll have to create multiple accounts with Cheapoair? This also creates a problem for when you book for other people, like a group flight. Because of this limitation members of the group will not be able to access their flights on their app. What if the person who booked the flight is not travelling with the group? This is the only app/company that does this. I have used other travel agencies's apps and I am able to add flights and give access to other people who are in the group using the booking number. Osric tried to call me but he said he can only call the billing phone number - you are selling flights, therefore people are travelling and may use different numbers for where they are travelling due to coverage. When he was unable to connect he simply ended the chat saying I was not responding but he had me wait. He said "Please wait" on the chat. I assumed he was trying to call me but then I suddenly got a message saying that since I was not responding the chat has been terminated. Then I was connected to a 3rd travel expert, Brodie, who just asked for my name then suddenly disappeared and then I found myself chatting from the start again with your bot, Helen.
If this is what I have to go through for a simple issue (which was never resolved) I wonder how incredibly difficult to get help (if I can get any) from your company for bigger issues. I will not be using Cheapoair anymore and will not recommend it, in fact I will discourage everyone I know from using it.
Fire salesman Ted. He should not be anywhere near customer service jobs. Salesmen just want to make a sale, they do not to take care of customers to retain their business.
Fire the people who designed your app. They missed a simple but essential feature that all other companies are already doing.

Great website. Had originally Premium Economy, but during payment, it was not able to be done. Perhaps no seats, but would have liked premium econcomy.

So far the one of the flights I booked for my daughter to come home for Christmas got changed by the airline, and the agent helped via phone to fix that, after holding for an hour. Then I come to see he cancelled her entire trip, which only the return flight should have been changed. Now I have to re-book the departing flight and no one can tell me why this happens. I feel like bait and switch with the booking.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
