I will never book with Cheapoair again and would encourage you to never book with them either. Their cancellation policy is not well advertised. Please spread the word. Don't fall victim to the Cheapoair cancelation fee. Their prices were not cheaper than other sites that let you cancel without fee if done within 24 hrs. Ariana, a representative was not helpful. I will be disputing charges with my CC company and report this to state attorney general.

We made a booking through Cheapoair but flight was canceled by the airline, rebooking is not possible through Cheapoair and as per travel agent we need to get approval from airline. The process of refund is also needs airline approval.
This is never fun. Just booked & it was very easy, but a long way to go... We will see were it goes from here...
