It was pretty easy to book easier to check all the different flight options with different airline and locations.The only problem was after we confirmed everything I went on Swiss Air and they could not confirm because the number I was given was 7 digit and they needed a six digit, so I had to call you guys to get that booking number. Maybe next time you can put that six digit on the reservation.

It was a very good flight. Clean seats and bathroom.i had no trouble on the flight. Everyone was polite and informative.
It was easy to find the flight I needed and easy to rebook when my plans changed. I didn't appreciate all the "offers" for add-on charges afterwards, but they were easy enough to decline and kept the price reasonable.

Everything was fine. It was some years ago and I had to call because of some airline glitch, but as I recall, it worked out ok.
I selected flexible dates when booking. Website states travel is "next day" beside travel departure date. To me that means the next day from the posted date. And the 1st connecting flight was in fact listed as the day I wanted to fly (the next day) and it was only a 2 hour flight to connecting flight, starting at 6:05am. I thought the actual dates would correct when I confirmed and paid, but the site did not correct. I clicked on chat and found it was AI (I've found these useless), then I was immediately called by a CheapOair agent (which has never happened before) and found I had to pay a change itinerary fee. This is the 1st problem I have ever had with CheapOair.
Great price, and flying option. This site sorts out prices, and dates and times with multiple airline to get you where you need to be.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
