This is our first booking with cheapoair and it was a good experience. They offered the best price of all the airlines we looked at. The web site was easy to use. We had the ability to changes seats if some seats were still availablel. The communication from them during the whole process was excellent. This is our first trip where we had no flight problems. We will use them again.

Booked a flight from Ottawa Canada to Hawaii via Cheapoair.ca and was extremely satisfied. The price (by far) was fantastic. Everything went as per the schedule with all flights on time with absolutely no surprises. We will certainly use Cheopoair again to book flights.

I had booked my flight on my credit card only to find out that my payment had not gone through. So my card was declined. They called me automatically to let me know that this had happened and offered to put my flight on hold. Which was quite amazing. The service was impeccable. They helped me get to where I needed to go.

Being an inexperienced traveller, I found it great to be able to search for the right flight details and that we could book it with a live agent by telephone. It was all well done. The flights all connected well without a hitch and the staff were really positive and friendly on the planes, etc. Great.
