My niece wanted to come home for Christmas but her flight would of cost her over a grand to get home. I told her about cheapOair and she was able to get home for less then $800.00

Just pray you don't have a problem. Their customer lack of service is ill to be desired. The most they'll do is throw a useless coupon at you.

I made a mistake in booking for my return flight.
But in the process, as I tried to change my flight, I felt really frustrated because it was not a win-win situation but totally lose-lose for both of you and me.
I checked the AirCanada price for my return flight and checked your fixing price which include service charge and difference between old ticket and new one. The result was your fixing price was more expensive for $100 than the new ticket price from Air Canada even though it was about $200 dollars expensive than ususal price as this was a last minute purachase. (If my memory serves right, your price was $570+ and Air Canada one was $430.) So, I gave up the return ticket I had bought from you and made new reservation from Air Canada. You may have a decent price policy for the ticket change which provides at least the same price as Air Canada's last minute ticket purchase price. This will guarantee us win-win solution.

I was planning my trip to South America and had planned and pair for my airare to Lima and Cusco. After returning to Lima I wanted to see the amazing Galapagos islands and found myself on CheapOair looking for tickets. I called to speak to a liveagent a few times and their staff was very friendly and helpful. Ended upbooking an amazing flight for a great deal and finally saw the Galapagos! Cannot wait to go back.

I really appreciate my travel but delay was too between both flight

In the past I used a booking agent. I do not now. The Cheapoair site is easy to use and accurate. I have had no problems booking and taking flights through Cheapoair.

On Dec. 7,2014, we returned home on a flight booked thru CheapOair. This was our third booking thru CheapOair and again every thing was as it should be. I am not very computer savvy but I was able to follow the steps and complete our check-in, pay a lower rate for our luggage, pick our seats and print our boarding pass! If I can do this, everyone can!
