Even tho this time I never slept over in ohare, my flight got delayed, never got on the plane till bout 11 pm altho it was supposed to be for 830 pm, so thankgod I never slept over.
Would be nice if flights were on time

I booked. Myhusbands trip. To Jamaica and it was excellent. Because my husband has medical issues and was travelling alone he needed a direct flight. You were able to come up with that service. We were pleased. I had to call and request an isle seat near the washroom the airline chargedme an extra $40.00 dollars. That was ok but the whole row he wa in was empty as was the plane. So that was a waste of money. Your service was excellent. Doris

Very good. Exception need to have a very big font for best rate date in red. I didn't notice that I chose the best rate but in different date but I didn't notice it until I booked my rental car.
