My flight to Quito was on time, the connection in Panama efficient, and Copa Air served food and checked up to two pieces of luggage free. CheapOair found me a great price, and the trip was smooth. Excellent in all ways!

I have been using Cheapoair for the past two years and the quality of service has been fantastic! My daughter is attending university in the USA and we book all her flights through Cheapoair! The other day we had a change in flight schedule which we were not pleased about and a Cheapoair representative took care of the issue and within 10 minutes everything was taken care of... great costumer service!

The entire journey was wonderful. The airlines kept me informed, the res center, Avianca flight crew were the best. My experience in Ecuador... I can only say this is the country to visit. The people were hospitable and helpful. The food, the sites, mountains and jungle treks wonderful! I can hardly wait to return and am planning for September 2015.

I've booked two trips through CheapOair and I like it. The prices are low and the airlines are good. I really enjoy the flying experiences-the meals, the service and the punctuality. The booking service is also accountable and on-time. Wonderful experience!

Traveled from Toronto (YYZ) to Minneapolis (MSP) direct on WestJet, flight booked on CheapoAir. Everything was smooth and effective - emailing of the itinerary/e-ticket after booking, etc. When WestJet changed the flight time, CheapoAir informed me of the change by email, and the Accept/Reject changed flight time was essentially 1-click process (at least for me, as I accepted the time change). In sum, I'll continue to use CheapoAir when they offer me the best ticket prices.

Booked a flight from Toronto to London. While I was booking, the price had gone up 300% of what it it should have been. Website says you can get a Price match refund for the difference if you call within 4h of booking. I called within 1h. Person I talked to would not give me the price match. They would only cancel and refund, minus $400 of the ticket cost. I have since rebooked with another agent, who said they would refund the additional $400, but I have my doubts as they would not give me any sort of written confirmation.

Update - I now have written confirmation that they will give me a full refund. Only time will tell if this will be reflected on my credit card statements.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE... I have never felt so belittled by a customer service agent. I had call in to add two tickets to a ticket that I had already purchased. While trying to get a good deal the agent, I felt was constantly attacking me with "I am the best. That is why you come to me... and so on' Like I needed him and that I dont know what i am talking about. So after with much frustration at the tone of voice he was using against me I finally decided to pay for my ticket. Second Part of this horrid experience was that I accidentally gave them ONE wrong letter to the persons last name that i was buying the ticket for and they charged me $50 dollars. Moral of the story is that its not called CHEAP O AIR for nothing.

Not good people to deal with, we used them twice and had issues after we had paid, they were not helpful in any way at all, their customer service was based in Asia or the Philippines and were awful to deal with, I will not use them again.

A highly deceptive operator. As I purchased a ticket on Cheapoair I was suddenly transferred to www.flighthub.com which displayed the receipt. The receipt displayed a charge of $19.99 for "Purch. Guarantee:" What? I enter into a contract with Cheapoair and flighthub.com appears out of nowhere to guarantee the purchase for $19.99. Flighthub is in Ontario, Canada -- outside out country -- beyond our legal authorities. Very deceptive! Scam artists! I asked for a refund. They declined but offered credit for further services. Outrageous.

I book online when I called to add an infant they misspelled my name twice and added my baby as a floating baby so not assigned to any adult! They hung up on me so I called the airline companie who was kind enough to reassigned the floating baby to his mother! Will never use that site again. I will stick to redtag whom in 10 years of traveling never made a mistake or corrected it properly

This company is a scam
September 10, 2013

This company is a scam. I was double charged for a one way flight and they told me I would be reimbursed in a few days. This was 5 months ago and I still did not get my reimbursement. I called several times and wrote to them and nothing worked. I am filing a complaint to better business bureau and will take legal procedure. Stay away from this company they are truly dishonest.

So, booked a flight for my wife from Kiev to Toronto through this company. BIG MISTAKE. As soon as there are problems, your on your own and they will NOT take care of you.
Due to snow storm, the airport in Kiev was shut down. Called CeapO well ahead of time to advise them of situation. They said that they don't have the info of closure and that I should call back in 24h. Call back, they say that they sent request but didn't hear back from airline to call back in 48h. Call back everyone is clueless still no word, tell me to call back in 24h. Call back... finally get the manager on the phone, explain him everything, he tell me to call back in 24h lol! I tell him NO and few other not so polite words... I tell him I want REFUND and to forget my dealings with them like a nightmare.
He tells me to stay on the line for few mins... 25min later, he says that the carrier is refusing to issue refund, but they can reschedule... I say THANK YOU! Why couldn't you do that from the start?... Silence... so long story short he tells me that he will make all final arrangements and will send me an email with confirmation in next 2hours...
Next day! NO EMAIL Call them, call them, call them... 5 days later still no rebooked flight and no refund.
On average, I spent 3hours each day on the phone with them. Ive been hung up on at least once each day.
Their Indian stuff is so incompetent, its not even funny... makes you wonder why would any rational company want to save $$$ on the most important aspect of business CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Also, each day of my wife's stay in Kiev is costing me $200.

I also was just on conference call with CeapO rep and Transaero rep sorting out the issue and when transaero rep asked who they were speaking with when they initially contacted transaero for reissue, CeapO rep didn't even have and log notes.

This is the biggest nightmare that I've experienced or heard of.
MY biggest issue is that I dont understand why they couldnt just tell me the first day "sir, go ahead and purchase a new ticket and we will refund the money for this ticket"

If theres a quality control rep for CheapO here are some of the extension #s of employees I've dealt with

******* - Manager
******* - supervisor Ricky
*******
*******
******* - Amy, very rude hung up
******* - jason
There are more, but I didnt log them.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I've used CheapoAir on several occasions - their site gives me better prices and more options than either Kayak or Expedia. On a recent booking, I thought Ch'Air had overcharged me - I called the company and made a fuss, but then realised it was my mistake - I got a call a few days later from Karen at the head office, wondering if if I was ok - I assured her that I was 100% ok, that I'd made the mistake, not Ch'Air - we parted (I hope!) on the best of terms, with me assuring her that I will continue to use CheapoAir with confidence.

Cheapoair was very prompt with their flight confirmations. When a conflict with the itinerary was noticed, they gave us options to choose from for alternate flights, instead of just giving us the most convenient. This was greatly appreciated. I would certainly consider booking future flights with them.
