I'm happy that I found CHAPOAIR on line and now the booking is easy for me. When I something not understand I call and professional help is on the other line. A big thank you, to CHEAPOAIR and there staff.
I think the website is great and has lots of options. Offered really great deals and great prices. However, emailing the call centre as requested in your emails to confirm a car rental, became a hassle. Website says an agent will respond within a few hours, NO one ever responded to the email or called me back, as to why the credit card wasnt confirmed. I ended up calling 2 days later... that was quite frustrating, especially since it was your site telling me to confirm and contact someone to call me back.

Our flight went very well and any problems that we did occur were the airlines problem and not CheapOair.
One concern was our flights to Cabo were very expensive and more so that other people that we spoke to about this... flights from Phoenix to Cabo. Considering the short distance it was pricy. The booking number is not the Cabo booking but since we have about three with you, you can look in our file and see the Cabo listing.
Booking was easy, change of flight times had to be changed after booking orginal, no problem at all, service great.

Trip went well going out from Abbotsford, BC but coming back had a crying baby all the way home from Edmonton, Alberta
When the original airline changed their flights and those were no longer suitable for our needs we had no success in dealing with that airline's staff so we phoned CheapOair again and a most courteous person made all the necessary changes for us, got us a refund and flights on another airline.

My flight to Quito was on time, the connection in Panama efficient, and Copa Air served food and checked up to two pieces of luggage free. CheapOair found me a great price, and the trip was smooth. Excellent in all ways!
I have been using Cheapoair for the past two years and the quality of service has been fantastic! My daughter is attending university in the USA and we book all her flights through Cheapoair! The other day we had a change in flight schedule which we were not pleased about and a Cheapoair representative took care of the issue and within 10 minutes everything was taken care of... great costumer service!

The entire journey was wonderful. The airlines kept me informed, the res center, Avianca flight crew were the best. My experience in Ecuador... I can only say this is the country to visit. The people were hospitable and helpful. The food, the sites, mountains and jungle treks wonderful! I can hardly wait to return and am planning for September 2015.
