How or where do I report this company for scamming people of their money. Had to cancel due tickets due to a family emergency, tried calling multiple times to get the flight rebooked, just kept telling that either seats are not available or asking exonerable price. Poor customer service. Hold for several hours. Can US Govt ban this company so innocent customers are not affected.
Without my consent or request they cancelled my ticket and charged me $100 for cancellation. They emailed telling Airlines changed itinerarary and asked us to confirm changes. And when we accepted changes, they charged $150 for two persons saying they had reissued/revalidated the tickets. They charged $150 even after we took their Platinum Travel Assist Policy that covers time changes. High time to report this company for unethical business practices and for frivolous charges.
Wish I had read review's first. I had to cancel our trip for medical reasons. They would not refund our money. Only Credit, and that wasn't the full amount we had paid. Only given 9 months to use ticket. Called and called to check on new flight in 2023 and never did get an agent. Phone kept dropping call. Are they still in business? Now I know how they make their money. Very dissatisfied with this company. They are crooks.
I WENT ON THIS WEBSITE TO CHECK OUT PRICING. I ENTERED MY NAME AND CARD NUMBER. I WENT TO ANOTHER SITE (THE AIRLINE SITE ITSELF) AND LEARNED THE AIRLINE SITE WAS CHEAPER. I WENT BACK TO THE CHEAPGURU SITE, DELETED MY CARD NUMBER AND NAME AND LEFT THE SITE. LATER THAT DAY, THERE WAS A CHARGE ON THE CARD AS PENDING. WHEN IT BECAME AN ACTUAL CHARGE, I CALLED CHEAPGURU AND AFTER WAITING 32 MINUTES ON HOLD I FINALLY SPOKE TO A REP. SHE WAS VERY RUDE, INSISTED I BOOKED AND CONFIRMED WHICH I DID NOT. SHE KEPT TALKING OVER ME AND FINALLY I HUNG UP ON HER AFTER TELLING HER I WOULD REPORT THIS TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I THEN CALLED THIS IN TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND GAVE HER THE STORY. SHE SAID SHE HAD MY BACK AND THAT MANY COMPANIES DO THIS. SUCH A RIP OFF! NEVER AGAIN! I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE.
We booked a direct flight to Florida and 2 months later they sent it from South Carolina to Atlantic City Nj and then to Florida - this did not work for us and they had no other flights for same time period so we cancelled the flight and rebooked with another airline. They fought our request for our money back and won...even though they completely changed the flight and we cancelled as soon as we could. Called customer service three times and they were not helpful at all - now disputing again thru credit card company. Will NEVER book thru them again...be careful!

Do yourself a favor. DO NOT EVEN TRY booking with them. They are a bunch of scammers. I booked my flight using the online booking. They called me saying that the flight is no longer available and they want to changed it with additional charge. I was soo mad and totally cancel the booking. After few weeks i tried booking again thinking that im going to get a better result. But they called me again with the same excuse and wanting more money. I was so angry and screaming on the phone telling them to cancel my booking for the second time. SO NO MORE bull$#*!. THIS SITE IS A BIG SCAM.
My 81 year old mom wanted to book a flight on Frontier. These guys had an ad acting like they were Frontier. Mom bought a ticket for the same price she could have had on Frontier but there was also a $40 add on fee. She tried to change the date later that day but was told there was a no refund policy. The booking process was complicated - you have to respond to an email confirming you want the ticket.
These guys are rip-off artists working on deception and preying on the unwary. Avoid them. $140 down the drain for my mom.
They will charge you up to $75 for a scheduled change in your flight even if it's the airline that makes it
Very bad customer service not clear information charged me $ 69 without any reason when i called then they gave me response in very bad manner. I strongly advice please do not go with them. They did not answer soon any time long waiting and then bad behaviour. I asked that your employee told me there is no charges for cancellation and you can checked your audio recordings but he said a person to whom you talk he is not on job we will confirmed once he come they had big company and only this solution they gave it to me. He said we are not forcing you to come again here.strongly recommand do not waste your money.
I bought tickets before the COVID-19 pandemic restricted travel. I contacted them dozens of times for a refund and they directed me to call TAP airline. I called the airline, who told me to call CheapFareGuru. This cycle continued for a year. They lie and hang up the phone. Recently, I called CheapFareGuru, and they stated they refunded the money to the bank. After providing bank statements showing there was no refund, I never heard back.

A few months later, they arbitrarily made the flights worse (if that was possible... it was.). And, here it is... they made the return even worse, AND they charged me for the change that I never requested

Need our flight cancelled due to Hurricane and refunded and/or credited. I have been on hold for a long as 2.5 hrs with no one answering. Online Chat was unsuccessful. Email unanswered. Unfortunately, for us this involved 3 round trip airfares.
Booked paid for flight in march. Once they sent an email the flight was changed it wasnt just the number we argued at that time the flight is pd for doent matter about #. Every thing about their services is just all about them, need to cancel for any reason, sick or dying, does not matter to them $100 fine per person, trying to use this canceled flight worst service to trying to make a reservation, have to go to their " credit dept " where they never answer or hang up on you, after serval attempts I got very upset over serval days ( just lose your patience!) I demanded to speak to a supervisor and finally got my way over priced flight, $800 credits minus the $200 fine for canceling I received a round trip to Miami fro Richmond, va that would have cost us about $350 for the two of us had we bought it elsewhere, they hang on to your money ( trying dealing direct with the airline -they said they have your money) a one year dead line to use and must use all of it at the next booking. Or lose it, just a awful experience-never never never use them again, you get sucked in for a so call deal which turned out NOT
My friend recommended this site for a flight overseas because she thought it would save us money. Well we didn't read the fine print and they will charge you a fee if the airline changes your flight. We ended up spending more than if we had purchased directly from the airline. Customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time.
