I went into your store only to be very disappoint because the book I want you didn't have. You have totally corner the market for being the only bookstore in my area. Then I was told you can order it online which means using my credit card. Which would make the credit card company happy but not me. You carry everything for books to what nots what happen to being a plain book store. You remember those places that carried books and not one you order online. I guess that means I will one more disappoint customer.
I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Indigo Airlines during a flight from India to Toronto via Dubai. My brother, who was scheduled to fly from India to Toronto with a layover in Dubai, was denied boarding due to the airline's unexpected demand for a Dubai transit visa. This incident has left me deeply dissatisfied with Indigo's service and their lack of transparency regarding travel requirements.
To begin with, there was no clear mention of the necessity for a Dubai transit visa on Indigo's website or during the booking process. My brother had a valid ticket, all the necessary travel documents, and a valid visa for his final destination, Toronto. It was only at the airport check-in counter that the staff abruptly demanded a Dubai transit visa, which caught us completely off guard.
We immediately sought clarification from Indigo staff about the visa requirement. However, their response was vague and unhelpful, leaving us with no choice but to accept the fact that my brother would not be allowed to board the flight. This lack of information and assistance from the airline was deeply disappointing and caused significant inconvenience and distress to my family.
I made a purchase on line last night. I had updated both my billing and shipping address. But when I received the email this morning it had not changed. I called right away but was met with no help, I tried to cancel on line but was not able too.
I'm so very frustrated as I am concerned this order will not make it to me at all and the customer service was awful.

They are not really responding their customer in term of online purchased. I was ordering my items from March 9,2023. And I was calling to their head office in Toronto today and was dbl. Checked with their customer service almost 3 time since second weeks after ordered. Anyway, nothing was preparing my ordered as my email mentioned today will be my delivery March 30,2023. You know what...I think order stuffed online by AMAZON is the best way to go! My two items will be here tomorrow as 1 day shipping. I will NOT recommend anyone for INDIGO online purchase anymore.

I first made the 1 hour trip to your store in Newmarket to purchase a book that was showing available in store and was informed that your system was hacked and Indigo did not have any idea regarding their own inventory.
So I ordered on line and called the store and was told that book had arrived. So I made another 1 hour trip to pick it up. Lo and behold, they sent the wrong book
The counter service was terrible as no one knew what they were doing and were more concerned about calling a colleague to come cover for a break while there was a lineup of people waiting for service.
I cannot believe that a bookstore can run a business not knowing what inventory they had and taking over a month and still not fixed
Anyone that runs a company would do whatever it takes to resolve such an important part of the business.

I have a confirmed paid order that was expected 10th February. INDIGO claims a cyber security issue for the last 7 days.No manager ever available to help. No one calls back. I have 4 incident numbers and have been promised a call back within 1-4 hrs everytime. No one calls or follows back. Daylight robbery. Over a werk now and they can't help customers or offer any alternatives...shame on you Indigo

I've purchased many books from here before, but I've never been more dissatisfied than now. One of the books I ordered is of the poorest quality. I couldn't believe they'd ship a book out this way. The pages are uneven, and look like they weren't cut properly. When I contacted customer service, they said they'd get back to me within 24-48 hours. Didn't happen. The books were also delayed in shipping. I contacted them about that as they were a gift, but they never did address that. I have another book I'm waiting on which was supposed to be here two days ago. Still not here. I'm very dissatisfied with their customer service and book quality.
Purchased a few items over a month ago so ended up cancelling. Also ordered the oura ring sizer over a month ago as well and they still haven't got any sizes in stock other than 2. Waited a week to hear back from them through the chat, so eventually decided to wait on hold to get through via phone. There was no solution other than waiting (which would mean if no sizes become available you are out hundreds of dollars since you cannot return after a month, and they were not sure if any would be in stock) or refunding. Waste of time and energy. If you don't buy products on sale I find they are way too expensive for the inconsistency of stock received after purchasing an item.
If there was an option to rate with zero stars I would have done so. Placed an online order Dec 12 with an assured delivery date of Dec 22. It is now Dec 23, no word from them whatsoever, so went thru the hoops and finally was able to speak to a live agent. They inform me my purchase will now be delivered Jan 3! Absolutely non-existent concern about the customer. All they want is the money with fake delivery date promises to entice people to buy online. No follow-up, no apologies. Go with Amazon they are far more trustworthy.
Don't call their call Center….they are all completely lost…so many issues…duplicates sent.but you don't get what you've actually ordered. Double charged and then refunded three times. It's a complete gong show…I'm sure they are losing money with all my duplicate refunds…but whats maddening is I never get what I order nor in time. I can get pkgs delivered from USA in three days. I've been waiting weeks for Indigo!
Customer service is absolute trash. If you must order from this company, you had better pray to the book gods that your order is correct. If it's not, you're in for a weeks long ride that will make you question your sanity. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. Buy elsewhere. It's unfortunate, customer service used to be phenomenal in years past.
Ordered a board game as a gift through their site for delivery to one of their own stores. Gift hasn't shipped 2 weeks after being ordered. Missed the delivery date by 9 days. Escalating to complaint dept puts me in a queue that won't be dealt with for up to 10 days since the complaint was filed.
This was purchased as part of their Black Friday sale and despite their claims of the game being "in stock" it seems they were boosting their big sale with things they didn't actually have. Which is fraud.
I could've purchased it elsewhere but am stuck in their ecosystem until they eventually choose to resolve. Which could be never. They'll probably offer a refund which is meaningless because I missed getting it on sale elsewhere because I chose Indigo.

Couldn't get through on the phone after being on hold multiple times. Talked to a chatbot who told me my order was lost and it asked "did I want to reorder." I asked to reorder and it said a customer service agent would call about that in 24-48 hrs. An email was received confirming this and giving an incident number **************. That annoyed me because it would further delay this Christmas present ordered on Nov 18,2022. I refreshed the chat and asked for a refund instead, the chatbot responded again that someone would call me about this in 24-48 hrs. An email was again received confirming this with the incident number **************. Still no further along, I tried to call Indigo again. Waited 30 mins, gave up and decided to wait the 24-48 hrs instead. Surprise, no one called back in 24-48hr as per above mentioned emails and incident references. Again I called, no luck. I looked for an email and couldn't find an email contact anywhere. Here we go again, I tried the chatbot. I kept asking different questions until it said "I will now pass you to a live chat agent." No idea what the magic word was to get an actual person. Agent read my chat history. I explained I just wanted a refund now and no one had called within 24-48 hrs as told by the chatbot and confirmation email. Rep said, and I quote " the bot is not programmed to set dates for call backs
Hence why you have not been contacted back." I asked if they were accusing me of lying and to look at the confirmations emails I received. Agent said " I completely understand and we do trust our customers fully." Unbelievable. No apology and a canned response.
My refund was finally initiated and now I am waiting to see if I receive it in 2-5 business days as per email and live chat agent.
Goodbye Indigo. I don't want to order everything from Amazon but it's just not worth this hassle. I tried to support you. When I received your "Please Submit your Feedback" email this morning I wrote you the above long message. When I pushed submit I had an error message saying "Form submission failed." I refreshed and tried again and again to no avail but it did make me laugh!
Very dis-organized and not upfront. Placed order OR******* on Nov 16. Told online items available to be picked up at their store in Richmond Nov 23. Three calls to Cust Service with various excuses and promises to get items to store by end Nov 25. Went to collect but order not there. On third call today said items on Back Order with no date. But why was the order accepted? Was told items were there when order was placed but sold to another. That is odd as if item is taken, inventory says ZERO for later orders. I cancelled the order today as I will be out of country next week. This was for my granddaughter. If I could give ZERO star I would.
Ordered on line never given a confirmation number took money out though then called to inquire give the run around kept saying it coming after two weeks and waiting king time on phone told them to cancel takes 3 5 bussiness days to credit account but u take money out In a hurry will never order on line very disorganized and disgusting
I placed an order for a Xmas gift on October 31 with Indigo. The customer service email reply after placing the order indicated it would take three weeks before I would receive the product. The estimated arrival date came and went with no product so I email Indigo to find out the status on my order. I emailed them 4 times and not once did they reply. I then called one of their customer service agents and they said Sorry we don't have an expected arrival time when the book will be back in stock. I asked to speak to a manager. She transferred me and I'm still waiting to speak to the manage as I write this review. It's been over 30 minutes since the call has been transferred to the manager.
For 50 yrs I've been buying Penny Press Jumbo Crosswords and Word Game books and now told I can't get it unless I go online? That's garbage! I dont do online banking because my bank account got hacked by doing that. Why are they ALL at big centers? It's not fair!
