I don't have a negative experience to report but I booked my transport online, had my car picked up and it is waiting to be transported. I haven't had a phone call from anyone at Ceva as yet - at pick up, at storage, or awaiting transport. Assuming my car will be delivered as planned but would be nice to hear from someone.
So far so good. Initial quote and final booking were hassle free and the site was easy to use.

Ceva is my go-to car carrier. Its a company which knows what its doing and follow up is excellent. I booked my car for collection on a day the business was closed over Xmas. An extremely polite Ceva person called and informed me of this Collection was re-scheduled no issue no problem Courteous, professional, and problem fixed. Yes, more expensive but the old adage of "getting what you pay for" applies. Will always move my cars with Ceva

The quote and book pages are not very user friendly. The page sometimes drops out, or won't accept email addresses.
The customer service is horrible. Refuse to help and have ruined Christmas and my sons birthday by multiple delays in transporting a car and now we can't go away for his birthday. Was told 10-12 days for transport which now looks like 20 plus. Told me the car was in a ship that hadn't even got into port and won't be in port for 2-3 days. Tells me the ship is going Perth to melb direct but it's stopping in Adelaide for another delay. Was originally told the car would be here by 20th and latest 22nd and then booking provided with 24th now told between 24-31st for arrival.
Would of been quicker by truck or train and truck and still would be.
Booked online 1/12, emailed paperwork as requested, on 5/12 when I followed up they had lost the paperwork and then found it. Ron in customer service promised to come back to me with an ETA, no call. Again 6/12 I rang, "I will send Ron a message to get back to you". Now on the 7th day from booking, I message again via the website, with no response. Do yourself a favour, find a local guy with a tilt tray, dont rely on these guys.
Very disappointed, I booked a Express pick up on 02/12/2021, on that day, no one called to Confirm, I call the service number, just been told, can't pick up at what I am booked time and even can't tell when can! If you can not do that you should call me before that happens. I'll leave 1 star on google review as well
Things have not been going smoothly, haven't received confirmation of pickup and it was meant to be picked up yesterday. Nobody is getting back to me either.

Easy to use website. My phone enquiry was also answered to my satisfaction.
Still haven't got my New Tesla model 3 as it was sent to wrong address half way across the country. Bad communication, no one knows whats going on. Don't go with this car transport company its been a very stressful time!
I ordered a 75" Samusung TV from HSN on 10/30/2021 ($1,300), I was to receive the TV on November 9th 2021 but did not get my order. I have tracked my item on Ceva as well as called Ceva on NUMEROUS occasions and was told it was being processed or out for delivery. This ordeal went on for 2 weeks, my item for delivery was rescheduled 3 times for unknown reason that Ceva was not able to tell me. I was finally told after the tracking stated it was out for delivery today November 24th that the TV was still at the Ceva location in Atlanta and apparently the Ceva driver did not service the location of my area Gray Ga *******. I am very upset & angry that a large company is no more organized & the people in customer service are no more helpful than they were except to tell me what i already knew which is what was on the tracking website. I am to believe that my item was either lost or stolen by one of Ceva's employees & may need to be investigating by your company. I have since requested a refund on my item & hope that i never order anything that is shipped through this company.
