I've just emailed them asking where my product is - I ordered a case with keyboard for my tablet. It was supposed to be delivered by Australia Post in 7 to 10 business days from the time the order was placed. It's now been 14 business days, and I've just done what I should have before placing the order - I've and looked online for reviews and found your site. Nervous now... and not expecting to see my order, or my money. I'll let you know if it turns up.

I emailed cellphoneshop.net and they asked me to confirm my address. When I checked the address I gave them, it was correct. They had it wrong. So maybe it lost something in translation.
The product finally arrived today, and although it said on the site that it would fit a Galaxy Note 10.1, it is clearly meant for a 10" screen - it was a very tight fit. The accompanying small pamphlet said it was for an iPad or a Galaxy Tab, not for the Galaxy Note. The pamphlet also said the bluetooth keyboard might not be compatible with other products like my Galaxy Note, presumably(!) because it was a woeful experience. Some of the keys didn't respond at all and the on-screen result was a mess.
It was pretty cheap, so I'm not going to send it back (don't want to pay postage) but I'll put it down to experience and won't buy from them again.

Ordered a signal booster

Ordered a signal booster. It didnt work. I eventully found out they dont make a signal booster for I phones. They couls have just put hat in their add insterad of taking my money for shipping and returm UPS across the country. Also it took 10 days to arrive only to waste 2 hours climbing arount my roof trying to get a siugnal.
They wont talk to you on the phone. You have to e mail them all the time. They are professional but take 24 hrs to reply.

After not getting the product I requested a refund. After being ignored I threatened legal action and was refunded within hours. Speaks for itself really. My best advice is use paypal or credit card and protect your money. I got nowhere on my own and only got refund after getting paypal involved. Thank you paypal but no thanks to cellphoneshop

Not sure what all the fuss is about but I've ordered from them about 5 times and have never had an issue. People have to be realistic about quality. If you're spending $3 on a car charger, you can't have it both ways and get mad because it's not the best car charger you ever bought. Just have a realistic expectation that their prices are great but for a reason. I've ordered from them 5 times and multiple items each time and only once had a case that broke (the belt clip snapped off). Other than that, no issues! All the chargers are still working after over a year and the cases i bought (other than the one) are still in great condition.

Bought a Jawbone icon HD from them "white box" they called it. Looked to be packaged as a referb unit but advertised as "NEW" but what the hell it was half price. Ordered, arrived promptly, worked for 3 months + 2days. Now unit is malfuctioning. I guess like they said... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Ordered two Jawbone Era BT Headsets; one had call quality issues so I returned it (at my expense). I moved during this time and needed them to ship the replacement to an address eight miles away. They wanted an additional $4.99 to change the address. I called to explain that I did not move 400 miles away, so the cost is the same (would have happily paid any cost ABOVE what it cost to send it to the original address). Called customer service and they hid behind "company policy". Everyone knows company policy is flexible, we're humans and not every situation is covered by policy. Will never do business again.

Here is what I just posted on their Facebook and of COURSE they do not actively monitor this site--too many damn complaints, just read their FB page, and here's my post and review:

Don't ever buy from these people! This was my second time purchasing from them, this time was a car charger for my iPad---both times the orders shipped from HONG KONG, (VERY unAmerican) AND both times the items were cheap plastic like a kids toy and didn't work---needless to say I had to pay the shipping to RETURN THEIR BROKEN PIECE OF CRAP and they will NOT refund for sending me THEIR BROKEN PIECE OF CRAP! Lesson learned, ya get what ya pay for and they make their money off shipping--am deleting them off my bookmark list and all of you should too!

Kindle Fire HD case/cover I ordered arrived directly from China reeking of some horrid, bizarre chemical smell. I can't possibly use it! There's nothing on the website to indicate you are ordering from China. Makes me nervous about the car charger I also ordered, and now I hesitate to try it.
This site came up first when I googled Kindle cover, which must be the result of some system of payments to be put first. I didn't realize this was such a risk, as I'm not accustomed to double-checking normal-looking websites. Mistake!

I have ordered about a half dozen times and what you get are really cheap things that are worth several time their cost- I have bought iphone cases for a couple of bucks- 15 at amazon. I also bought several ipad and kindle cases that were perfect. I bought three or frou charging cables for iphones that worked perfectly a 20% of Apple's cost.

I ordered an iPad battery charger. They send a 1 amp charger. (iPads need 2.1 amp. IPhone and iPod are 1 amp). When I reported this they asked me to return it. But the cost was $20 to ship a $28 product back to them.

I have reported to them twice that their description is wrong. "A 1 amp charger will not charge any iPad battery". But, they continue to advertise it online.

So, not only have they stolen by $28--they are quite happy to con the next unsuspecting customer as well.

Bad service is one thing--but this would be illegal in most other countries

Really terrible! They do not show you the total price before buying. So, attempting to look at how much faster shipping would cost, I spent 29 dollars on shipping on a $4 product! They never answered my email about canceling the order, so I'm stuck with a $30 phone cord.

I have bought a few things from them, batteries, chargers, styluses, etc. Know going in that they are cheap generics. The batteries hold 90% or so as long as the real battery, but not quite. However, for 1/10 of the price, and 90% of the performance, I am OK with it. The delivery took a while, almost 3 weeks to get here, but everything showed up and was as ordered. Not the greatest quality, but a good deal considering how cheap it was.

They have very good price BUT quality wise is VERY LOW. I bought many things from them during the last year or so and the last thing i bought was 2 battery chargers and it comes with 4 aa and 4aaa battery. Battery dont hold a charge for more than a few days. What upset me the most, i read all their reviews, 3 pages all saying these batt/chargers are good except 1 or 2 thats not good. So i go back to their site to give my opinion, they dint even post it and now theres only 1 page left instead of 3. So they seems to only post good comments and thats like lying to the public.

CellPhoneShop.net is a storefront for an untrustworthy Chinese seller of counterfeit or non-functional goods. They sold me a non-working iPhone 5 data cable. The package was shipped from China, and was in route for 18 days. When I e-mailed them about replacing a defective product, they insisted that this was a "return" and that they won't compensate original or return shipping. I don't think the customer rep. Even spoke English: all I received was a sequence of cut-and-paste standard response phrases. I had to file a fraud report with my credit card. Don't buy anything from this seller: it lures you with cheap prices, then you get a non-functioning product.

Um wow, read some of the other reviews and was very surprised.

Have ordered 4-5 times from here and never had any problems (also never needed customer service for anything). I have purchased cell phone belt clips & cell phone covers without problems. Amazing prices but I guess that also has to do with the fact I knew exactly what I needed for what make/model of phone(s).

Stay away, no matter how good the price is. I have been trying to get my second order for over a month now. The email response is very slow in coming and very lame. I am intrested in one item they had on their site so i thought i would try them one more time. It takes about five emails before you get a decent reply. I don't think they have anyone who speaks enough English nor do they care either.
The products are crap once you get them and just try, just try to return something to them. Hahahahahahahah what a joke that is. It's impossible the way they have their return policy set up.
