Ordered from this cellphoneshop.net due to great prices. The site and invoice emails said shipping would be "up to 10 business days." TWENTY days later and no item. When I called to cancel the order I was told "It's marked to be there tomorrow." Nope. When I called to cancel they said "No problem, credit card will be refunded in ~5 business days." At least THAT part went well.
But why were they so quick-and-willing to refund my order... like they do this all the time?!?!
Funny... the battery finally came and the package was beat to shreads. I really am not one for hyperbole, but I will NEVER order from this company again. If they wer the only ones who had the battery... I'd buy a new phone.
As others have said - RUN from this site!

Run! Ordered on nov. 26 never recieved order then on dec. 20 after fightng for over a week i was finally told i could have my refund and it would be in my account in 4 to 5 days, total lie took 13 days! Dont waste your time worse than horrible. Also everyone is right about the horrible customer service with no manager or answers by phone and terrible short rude half answers by email.

DO NOT AND I SAY DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Ordered some batteries for my phone and other accessories and never received anything, order placed 12-09-2012 and today's date is 1-2-2013 and cannot get anyone on the phone number provided on the site (called twice and held for over 30 mins), contacted them through their site via email and still no response and no merchandiise. Keep your money and purchase from someone that can be trusted

I placed an order for a custom skin for my myTouch smartphone, paid through PayPal and received an email order confirmation but no communication since and now I can't get through to the company to check on the status. I sent an email through the 'contact us' link online - no answer - and when I call the number listed on the site, I wade through the automated phone tree and every extension leads me to infinite hold music. I sent another email requesting a status of my order or a refund. No answer.

How in the world has anyone else even received items ordered from this company when I can't get through to a live person?! This is a complete rip-off!

I've been buying from this company for years. I understand how people can be a little disappointed of the 'quality' items their purchasing for $4 but for me, personally, I'd rather go through them for my random mobile needs than Amazon - any day.

I've never been charged for shipping, because I spend the $30 minimum to receive free shipping. Why? Because $30 at cellphoneshop.net gets me a hell of a lot more than the $60 I'd spend on just a single Battery replacement for my cellphone, I can get four from CPS.net at that point, plus a case and a charger for my laptop just so I have an extra one - and just 'cause it's cheap enough.

I love the site, have never had a complaint, never paid more money than was viewed in the shopping cart and always received my items in a timely manor.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM! Ordered a cover for my Galaxy Note. They sent the wrong cover and now expect me to pay to ship it back before they will send the item I ordered. Was cheap, now I know why, what's the point of ordering an inexpensive cover if they will not send the correct item. No sense in my paying to ship it back as there's no reason to believe they will send the correct item the next time. Will order a cover from someone else!

Orderd a phone on October 13 2012, after ordering the phone i noticed that they did not give me a tracking # number or method of shipping( who the item would be delivered by) all the order number status would say is item is shipped. Called them October 22nd they assured me item would be here Oct 24th... well its Oct 24th and the item never showed up... REALLY? SCAM... dont waste your money or time.

Ordered a phone number 21 days ago haven't received it and I refuse to send me a new 1 they keep telling me to call back in 2 more days I asked the company if they are legit business the guy told me yes I'm really starting to wonder why can't you to send me a new phone apparently it's lost in the mail or you just took my money will never ever ever ever shop here again their customer service sucks plus she can't understand them... if you asked speak to a manager you don't get one are managers don't take phone calls okay how about a supervisor. I shoulda stuck with Amazon

Not only did they send me the wrong part for my iphone, it took them 4 emails to determine that they did indeed send the wrong part. Incompetent? Stupid? Both would capture their customer service team both over the phone and through email. Definitely do not recommend...

Ok, very disappointing, first I get to their Web site ( Cellphoneshop.net) because they had the lowest price for the iPhone Car charger, and clearly said free shipping. I order one and it shows zero shipping charges on the order and ask to enter the CC info and confirm order. I entered all the info and clicked purchase, next thing you know confirmation pops up and it shows a $4.99 shipping on a $6.99 Charger. I was pissed needless to say, but oh well it's still cheap, lick your wound and move on. Got the charger shipped directly from Hong Kong, I opened the package looks very dingi, the pull cord mechanism is a joke does not even go in even if you try to force it back in, I said oh well, lick your wound and move on, got in the car and plugged it into my Iphone, and that's when I got really mad, only the LED works, no charging L. I don't even know if I feel stupid because of my stupid act or because my wife and kids were laughing at me L. File that under lessons learned.

I used to love CellPhoneShop.net. Their prices were great and fast delivery. However I strongly suggest you buy your items elsewhere. I bought a Motorola Bluetooth car speaker phone from them as a gift. It was defective. I know this as I'd bought one for myself, same model months ago from them, which works great. CellPhoneShop has refused to refund the shipping & handling fee, so not only am I out the money to receive it, I have to pay to send it back. I phoned them and tried to explain after their email refusal to refund the S&H fee. They said wait and see, they'd send me an email in 24 hours. They sent me an email and again denied the refund of the S&H fee even though the item was defective. I've been ordering stuff from them for years, never complained, never asked for a refund before. WARNING! Do not buy anything you might need to return. They do not honor their merchandise.

This webside sells cheep but they only provide 3 month warranty for the products, therfore if something happens to the product purchased the original manifafturer does not cover it sicne it was purchased from cellphoneshop. Be aware of this

I have purchased cell phone accessories from this site on numerous occasions and thought everything was grand. That is until I received a cell phone case that was clearly defective and looked as it has been used, badly. I waited a week and a half for the thing to get delivered and then the only way to get in touch with the company to send it back was through e-mail, which they are very slow at, so it took me another two weeks to send it back. Now the company's policy is to not send you a replacement until they receive the original which the shipping is paid for by the customer. So I send it back and then receive an email a week later saying they are now out of stock and asking if I would like a refund. Not of all my expenses, but only of the original purchase price. No refund for shipping either way, no special discounts, and no compensation of any kind. I will never use this website again, it was a giant waste of a month of time all while leaving my brand new $300 droid unprotected.
