The contract information was put on my contract wrong and also the address after tell the representative 3 times what it was so, so when I did get the contract emailed to be all the information was on the wrong car, plus my address, so I had to cancel my contract all together! The representative just wanted to make a sale instead of really listening to the customer!
When my vehicle is in the shop, they contact Car Shield with an estimate and Car Shield responds promptly to approve the covered repairs. I have also had great customer service when I have talked with representatives on the phone. I am happy with my coverage.

I have had several claims this year and CarShield has covered them. Yes CarShield did ask for some pictures of what was needing to be fixed but after getting that information, they approved the repairs. Yes on one trip, it did take a few days to final the repairs but there was a lot of work to do. On the other one, it was done in a day. I am glad I have CarShield and I trust they will fix the car as needed.

It was a salesman's pitch to get me to join CarShield. I was offered many options to protect my vehicle, a 2013 Buick Encore. The first price was $179, then that was lowered to $159 I believe for some reason, but then I got another amount because "I'm a senior citizen" to $149. Which is a monthly amount, and IF I don't have any issues with the vehicle in January, 2025, I can pay another $149 in February. I am hoping that when February rolls around, that I get an invoice and that I can pay mailing a check, or on-line---though I have no directions on that option. Otherwise I may have to review what I want CarShield will do for me. Thank-you.

Unfortunately nothing was covered and it cost me 1500.00 Car shield called me and explained why but the cost set me way back.

I wasn't sure how this was going to work because you don't know until you need it. My differential needed replacement in my Ford F150. I took it to a mechanic who works with CarShield. He and CarShield basically handled the whole process making it a great experience for me as my truck got repaired.
