I have an all wheel drive they had a regular tow now my car is shaking

I needed a radiator replaced on my truck. My repair was submitted to Car Shield. You decided to reduce my claim by by over $300. I understand I had to pay $100 deductible but after comparing my radiator to one other car shop for a price of a radiator you decided to reduce my radiator payment by over $200. When I called your staff person she told me you compared to one other car shop. Is that a good comparison or just like other companies in your business you look for ways to not pay. I am sure this was a complete waste of time.

I'm 69 yrs young and have never used or filed a claim on any type or kind of warranty before. Just so thankful a friend convinced me to buy a warranty. I have to say that this has been the most pleasant experience. Car Shield kept me updated almost daily with information regarding my claim. Everyone I have dealt with have shown nothing but friendly and professional customer service. Had to have a new engine with my cost only being my deductible. Wow, thanks! Glad I took this warranty out on my truck and car as well.

The customer service agent reminded me that i would have rental car benefits if my car was going tobe worked on for multiple days. That was a huge relief as i am a one-car household.

Went to start and ignition locked up. Called and reported claim to Car Shield and handled smoothly through my local mechanic. No problems and car is back in use thanks to my repair shop getting vehicle in quick and repair completed. Thank you for Car Shields quick response with repair shop.

I've never had to use my plan…There were a couple of items I had problems with that were not covered; I.e. Oil cooler line replacement.

Overall I am happy because I saved $7367 on a transmission plus Car Shield paid for a car rental for 10 days. Around $460 for the 10 day rental. I loved that. However, I had to pay approximately $1,300 out of my pocket because Car Shield wouldn't cover the dealership labor hours to remove and replace the transmission. That I am unhappy about. Other than that my experience with Car Shield has been wonderful. I have used them on one other repair and it was exactly as advertised. I paid $100 and Car Shield covered the balance, Very happy.
