Well when calling for roadside assistance the person had a hard time finding my location but in the end did. After some conversation with a few shops I am discovering use of the "warranty" is not exactly cut and dry. Several shops that accept car shield were not thrilled to do so because according to them it is a fight to get things done. What I have taken from this is that it will be like medical insurance. Car shield will decide what it is you need even though the "doctor" who is examining the problem recommends it be done this way. I am going to see what happens and then post another review. I am not one who will candy coat my opinions so I hope it goes well for all involved.

So far my experience with car Shield is greatI so far. Hope in the future they will take care of of my vehicle as they says on their commercials as they say but for the first time I used them they are great so far so good hope it stays that way

My transmission needed to be replaced and CarShield replaced it with no problems $8000 was the total bill ( 2019 Lincoln Nautilus)They stand behind their word.
