I have a 2016 Ford F-150 covered by CarShield for several years. I have not had any problems until recently I heard a grinding noise from my drive train, so I took it to my Ford service shop. They discovered the differential was the problem. During their inspection, they also discovered my vacuum pump was leaking. Turns out I had two problems and didn't even know it. The dealer contacted CarShield and the process was all "hands off" for me. The items were covered and everything was worked out between my shop and CarShield. It was painless and thankfully for the coverage, saved me nearly $4000. I have no intention of giving up my truck and will continue to cover it with CarShield.

My vehicle has been at the shop since January 31st and it's now February 11th. Hopefully the adjuster will show up and get it moving to fix my vehicle. Also I was promised the vehicle for 7days and you only paid for two days. I was promised a refund for 4 days. Your updates with customer is horrible and why we can speak to upper management. My car needed service on a day you were closed. I could not get the ok for the work to be done. I had the work done anyway, because I needed a car for traveling.
