Coverage is not like on the commercials

The phone rep was professional and friendly. Unfortunately another possible claim was not covered. My sunroof opens but doesn't close and you would think that it's like another power wimdow but it's not covered. This is now about 4 to 6 items that have not been covered with carahield

Transparent and Clear

My transmission failed in my 2018 Tahoe at 130,000 miles and the process to have it towed to the shop and have the part replaced was seamless. CarShield communicated throughout the entire process and I was really impressed. The representatives were pleasant and knowledgeable throughout the process and answered any and all questions.

The first claim cost me over 800.00 still had a turbo speed sensor code.
Second claim code for speed sensor, no start. No problem found. Cost me 125.00
Third claim code for turbo speed sensor, no start agin. Finally got the turbo speed sensor replaced, nothing on no run claim, cost me 175.00

First of all,no shops wants to disassemble an engine for free to make a video of an failing engine,dont know if I want to pay for my next month because carshield is nothing but a joke
