I told you I can't afford the service. You offered an extension. The next month I called the day of payment to cancel you took the payment anyway. I asked for a refund for this was same day, you said you don't give refund made the same day & proceeded to state I should have called sooner. Well when you get to be 67yrs old hopefully you'll remember time management & appts have a way of wearing you down. I asked for a supervisor your tone changed said someone will call me 24-48 hrs. This was Monday & I'm giving my review Wednesday, no call back. How can I give you a good review when this is your response.

Customer service was very nice, but I was disappointed in the policy coverage or lack of coverage. Exhaust systems are not covered but should be as it is a direct connection and extension of the Engine!

After avoiding hundreds of calls. I researched car warranties and chose Car Shield. I Contacted car shield and negotiated a contract. The lady said she would mail me the contract and immediately send me an email contract. I received neither. After about a week, I contacted Car Shield and was told by a very efficient employee that you were sorry I had not received anything and that she would start everything immediately. Which she did. I was concerned during that week that I might have been scammed. However, I instructed my card payee to only make one payment. It appears That everything is now as it should be, and I can quit worrying. Thank you

Thought was a good coverage but turns out not everything that pertaining to a motor or transmission is not covered so yall don't have to pay for the service

My card that was used to make my payment expired and the representative called me about it and it took me a couple of days to get the info back to them. They worked with me and kept everything on track without interruption.

Car Shield. Customer service listened very intently. She was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and very informative and I received a copy very quickly. Car Shield definitely has an excellent customer service.

I took my car into a dealership to get it repaired. They got in touch with car shield and ask them to come and look at the track and let them show them what's wrong with the truck. Carcield immediately told them what they would pay, and the dealership went ahead and fixed yet. I zipher had to step in and be a part of what car shield offered. They paid everything and I paid my deductible. It was easily done, and I had no brainfade!

My car broke down with the same issue I had 8 months ago and Car Shield put the onus on the repair shop to have the problems fixed again.

I contacted them about an intermittent noise in my front end and they contacted a repair shop and made an appointment. The repair shop did have a high (4+) rating, but I had to cancel that appointment based on my wife's schedule.
