Never got it and I was told a refund would be coming-almost a month waiting. Getting charged for 2 vehicles when only wanting 1. Not happy

After reviewing the accounts, we show that the refund was processed as a transfer to your new account as a credit, so no payment was taken from you in March. The next monthly payment is not due to come out of your account until 4/24/25. I had to pay just under $500 for air conditioning repair. The car is 7 years old and maintenance is required at some point in time. Sharader valves, relay, refrigerant in an out of the compressor.

I got a call about one of my cars and when I called I was told my payment had been late. This surprised me since it comes out of my checking account automatically. By the time I called it had cleared.

Someone had hacked my debit/credit card and the bank shut it off. Automatic payment wouldn't go through because of it. They allowed me to make a one time only payment on another card while waiting for the replacement card. Problem resolved.

I have not had any experience with you. My car is the only thing I have covered and it is OK. As for Home safe, etc. they are all con artist and I do not want any of them. So stop them if you are involved.
